Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Fließ

The landlords have thought of many small details. Kitchen was super equipped (salt, spices, baking paper, coffee...). Even in the bathroom there was a small shower room.

The place is same as what is visible in the picture. The location and neighbourhood was very good with walkablle paths, shops. We 3 families stayed with 7 kids and it was big house nicely organised with all basic amenities present. Elisa was very responsive and quick and we would love to comeback to stay longer here.

We were traveling with a larger group of girls. The space was optimal for this. We had several small bedrooms with two to three beds, all of which were prepared with a lot of love. We particularly liked the large kitchen in the lower apartment. Here we could sit together for a long time in the evening. However, those who wanted also had the opportunity to go into the bedrooms. For us, it was a great stay and the division with 12 people in the two apartments and two bathrooms was great.

Alexandra is an amazing host! She is absolutely friendly and flexible. She gave us great local recommendations and met us with juice, wine and sweets - was a nice surprise. The place has a great location. The bus stop is just nearby. It takes about 5-7 min to go up the hill to the slopes. There is a local shop nearby with all you need. The house is amazing, big, well equipped, is a great fit for three families, two tables are good to have for a big group. There are several sleds in the basement- you don’t need to take yours - save the space in the car.

Grert stay, wouod return again, fab host. Great area to explore the areas near by.

We highly recommend Anneliese and the well-equipped apartment. We had a very nice time here. Anneliese is a very thoughtful host.

The house is really super nice and modernly furnished. The view is simply breathtaking. In addition, we have never been to a place that has been so spotlessly clean. The communication with Andi was great and the check-in very warm. Everything was made child-proof for our little daughter, and all sockets are secured. Changing table, high chair and baby bed were also provided. We were completely satisfied and had a great vacation!

Cute, clean house in excellent location within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants as well as forest and mountain trails. Vehicles on a narrow street can pass very close to bedroom windows, so bring earplugs if that may be an issue for you. Great value overall.

We really enjoyed Monika's place, the view was amazing and the location was convenient to visit lots of different destinations in the area.

Great Place , the spa area really is the highlight

Stayed here for a few nights over new year’s and we loved it. The hosts (owners) are really lovely people and we found everything in the apartment to be great and well equipped. Just be prepared to drive as groceries are not so nearby. But to be expected with a location like this.

We felt very comfortable with Lucie. The apartment was superbly equipped and we didn't miss anything. The view of the mountains such as the Hohe Ifen or the Walmendingerhorn as well as the valley is incredible. We had a great vacation. Communication was also very good. Smooth Check-in and Check-out. Location is very convenient and super close to city attractions. Enjoyed beautiful view of Mountains from the Balcony. I can only agree with the other positive reviews! The apartment is well equipped, beyond the normal. Such a stocked fridge and a drawer with food for the first, no, I haven't seen the first days yet! The communication with Johannes is straightforward and pleasant! We felt very comfortable! Glad to come back!

What a beautiful place to stay! It’s slightly out of town but a beautiful walk down to Innsbruck. There’s also a very easy bus down to town that runs regularly.

We felt incredibly comfortable in the apartment. There is a separate entrance with a cute little terrace. The equipment of the apartment is really super good. You don't need anything because everything is set up and thoughtful down to the last detail. Great location with Mountain View, 20 mins drive from main Innsbruck city. The apartment was clean, had all electronics and amenities, worth the price.

Great place to stay and spectacular location! You can walk to so many spots in Garmisch. The bed was so comfy after a long day exploring. The TV was large and had many apps we could use. It’s on a Main Street, but honestly couldn’t hear the outdoor noise when the windows were shut. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was very nice! Oberreute is a great starting point for trips to the mountains, nearby cities, Austria or Lake Constance. The apartment is modern and nicely decorated and offers everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and a cozy living room can also be found. In summer, we could well imagine using the garden as well. Communication with Barbara was very pleasant and everything went smoothly. We are happy to recommend the accommodation!

My mother and I had spent 5 nights in this pearl of apartment in early April. We were totally flashed by this apartment from second 1 - it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything is decorated with so much love for detail. High quality and practical. we were even able to spend a few hours on the sunbeds and have dinner on the terrace. In the evening, you can quietly hear the river ripples before falling asleep in these comfortable beds like a baby. The car is well taken care of in the garage and there was even a piece of felt on the wall that on the driver's side you do not accidentally damage the door when getting out. in the apartment there are helpful tips for things to do/hiking recommendations, instructions for the apartment and restaurant tips. we were eating at 3 of the recommended restaurants - it was a palate. we also had the pleasure of meeting Petra - very likeable. Thanks for the great break
