Paula was great! The house was beautiful! Stayed here for my cousins wedding and we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Eileen's beautiful waterfront home. The view from the living room and primary bedroom of the water was so peaceful. The kitchen was well appointed and the cozy living room made for a wonderful family gathering spot when we weren't dining out at the fabulous nearby restaurants, visiting wineries, or viewing local scenery. Eileen was incredibly responsive to small questions we had. We would definitely book again!!

What a dream stay! From the get go Vanessa was responsive and helpful with the booking. Our Girls Gone MILD Bach trip needed a home that would keeps us in vs out and this GORGEOUS home with it’s beautiful garden and pool/jacuzzi/patio made it the most memorable stay. We loved playing board games in the living room and dining at that warm long table! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed as well (plenty of wine glasses for all the Wolffer Rose we got) and don’t get me started on the book in the basement rooms. There were towels, beach gear, umbrellas, and all the things you could possibly need for an unexpected rainy day or to have a good time at the pool/beach! Also the walk to the public access to the private beach was a short walk through such lovely neighborhoods! I’m hoping to come back and stay here again! The girls and I loved waking up to the pristine garden views and the occasional bunny that would hop across the lawn! We were definitely sad to leave ˙◠˙

This place is a gem! When we arrived the home was spotless and exactly as pictured. It seemed brand new and in excellent condition. The hosts were very kind and helpful and even gave us a bottle of wine and left bottled water in the fridge. The beds were so comfortable and the home was stocked with everything we needed. Our young kids loved swimming in the beautiful pool and we enjoyed exploring the rest of the picturesque property—so cool to see the wild turkeys walking around. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to return one day!

We had a wonderful two day stay at Roger and Amy’s place. It was fantastic- such a beautiful, inviting home. Our kids had a blast in the heated pool- we could barely get them to come out despite it being under 60 degrees out! The kitchen was stocked with more than just kitchen basics- the spice cabinet had soo many different choices ! It was probably the most perfect AirBnb experience I’ve had and we travel plenty.

Stunning little spot, tucked away in a quiet and beautiful surrounding. The amenities were wonderful like fresh ground coffee, interesting books, and great vinyl collection. The layout of the house was really cool, including the winding stairs and lofty bedroom. All in all, the perfect spot for a little hamptons weekend.

this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. I love going to this air b and b becouse its so peaceful and calm and its like be at home. I will be back again. if you looking for an awsome place to stay look no futher!!! this is thr place to go!! this family is wonderfully and beautiful people. We arrived during Yale's commencement weekend, so - given that there's about 3x the square footage - the price was particularly attractive. The weather was cold and wet for May, so the gym was a welcome diversion. And, there's fresh ground, complimentary coffee, A good value, no?

patti was so kind and welcoming! check in and check out was smooth and made easy with how communicative patti and her co host lily were. the room was perfect for two people and incredibly clean. had everything we needed. Pattis recommendations for food and activities were great and although the weather wasnt amazing the bay beach being so close was so convenient for a nice walk :) Would definitely come back given the opportunity!

Lismary was an amazing host ! Her space was very pristine & comfortable ! I felt right at home.

Over $500 a night was very high, much higher than west Coast pricing for two bedrooms near a major university. Convenient to Yale but know that poverty has always been evident a few feet from Yale borders and much of the foot traffic consists of the homeless. Also some noise at night from passing traffic. On the plus side there’s an excellent Italian bakery/gelato cafe across the street run by a husband wife team that makes everything they serve.

Great! Met our needs of staying somewhere for a couple of nights while visiting the area. Just be aware that there are not that many restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity so you may need to go to towns 30 or so minutes away.

We had a fantastic experience! The home is in the perfect walkable location to all of the shops and restaurants in mystic. The home is clean, looks just like the photos, and the owner is extremely detailed with arrival information. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. We will definitely stay here again!

we had s great time staying at the apartment! it was way more spacious than we thought from the pictures, the balcony was amazing, you‘ll have sun through the whole day. Doug was a phenomenal host! We got their by LIRR and back with the hampton jitney. We rented two bikes in Montauk and it was amazing exploring the area by bike. Cannot recommend this area and the airbnb enough!

We had a great time at Julie’s place. Would love to visit again…perhaps in the Fall. Loved the balcony overlooking the Sound. Julie was very responsive to my questions. She got back to me immediately. I would highly recommend Julie’s home!

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

Just what I needed for a nearby training. Isaac's place was very clean and organized. I could cook small meals, make coffee etc. He was available but completely unobtrusive. Easy driving and close to plenty of restaurants, pharmacies, parks etc.
