With access to the beach, onsite farm shop, golf and club house offering a bar and restaurant this beautiful lodge is just perfect for couples to enjoy a romantic break away or a small family who wish to have close access to the beach but with local amenities close by.

Ivy Cottage

The cottage is lovely and spacious and is attached to our house which has an acre of established garden with plenty of space for children. There is an open fire for lovely cosy evenings in and the logs are all supplied. It is only 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk into Bridlington town centre. It is a tranquil setting with no traffic noise and can be rented as a one bedroom house or as a double and a twin. The price quoted for 2 adults will be for the use of the main bedroom only.

Blacksmith’s Barn - Cosy, Chilled & Dog Friendly.

Our beautifully converted barn is ideally located in the picturesque village of Ruston. Set within a stunning Grade II listed farmstead, just 50 metres from the edge of the North York Moors National Park & with easy access of coastal walks, beaches & market towns including Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Cayton & Malton. Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

Relax and unwind in this adjoining 2 bedroom & 4 bedroom cottages situated in the blissfully peaceful village of Flamborough. Comfortable and beautifully designed, furnished to a high standard with contemporary furnishings, central heating and all the home comforts you could wish for. Centrally located in the heart of the village only 1 minute stroll to local shops, friendly pubs and supermarket. A 5 minute drive or 20 walk to the several beaches. The Lake View Lodge is located on the new Meadows development. It is pet friendly and has a country theme inside. We have a log burner, two en-suites and an open planned kitchen/living space. We also have Wi-Fi, board games/Netflix/Disney+/Xbox Series S/Homepod. It’s a short walk to the beach. On site facilities include a leisure centre with gym & swimming pool, tennis court, wildflower meadow, children's play area, archery, pub, restaurant, pharmacy, beautician and more. This unique cottage has a style all of its own. A modern property built in an old English style with large open fireplace, oak beams and wooden floors throughout. The cottage is set back off the road in a quiet courtyard with a lovely seating area to take in the daytime sun, The bedroom has a grand king size four posted bed with period furniture. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge area for extra guests but this must be booked prior to stay, all bedding and towels are provided

Crumbleclive Cabin

Crumbleclive is a beautifully restored 100 year old cabin set within the dramatic backdrop of Crunkly Ghyll. It was originally the ‘Gun Room’ for the local estate in the 1890s! The Cabin has a balcony overlooking the gorge with the River Esk rapids visible at the bottom. Surrounded by Oak trees you will feel amongst the treetops as birds gather on the branches around you and fly through the gorge below. It is perfect for couples wanting a romantic getaway to recharge the batteries!
