Monthly Rentals in Five Points, Nashville

The instructions were so clear and the house so well-stocked that I never had to contact the host with questions. Great house, clean, attractive with all needs supplied. Location convenient to anything in East Nashville as well as downtown. I would gladly stay there again next time I’m in town.

We loved staying at Katie’s place and hope we get a chance to stay there again! Great, walkable location in East Nashville with easy access to downtown - the home itself is spacious and nice with a beautiful backyard, good WiFi, and a comfortable bed. 10/10

Perfect place for 2 people in a quiet neighborhood close to lots of food, drink and coffee options. John and Alexa were quick to respond to questions and provide information/updates. Thanks for having us!

We had a great visit in east Nashville- quiet location walkable to restaurants and bars! Short drive to downtown/Broadway. Easy assess for ride shares. Bobby was very responsive and provided local suggestions for things to do. Would love to visit again!
