Remodeled 1928 Guesthouse with a Pool in Five Points

Climb a ladder to a secret loft in a dreamy white-on-white room and get the feeling of sleeping in a cloud. There's plenty of space to spread out on polished white floors, including a full kitchen and dining table big enough for entertaining guests. The home is permitted via Nashville Metro permit # 2/0/1/8/0/0/3/8/4/2 House has access to salt water pool from April - October. The pool is heated April - May and September - October. Relax by the pool and soak up the Nashville sun. The cottage is minimally furnished with locally sourced furniture and filled with one of a kind art I've collected from my travels. Fully equipped kitchen with small balcony overlooking pool. Open Studio feel, with vaulted ceilings, with a handmade wooden ladder leading to the Queen Loft Space. One King Size bed with one Queen size bed in the loft space. Sofa is also cozy and great for sleeping. All bedding provided. One full sized shower and bathroom with an old vintage trough sink. The ceilings are vaulted with thoughtful wood working throughout. This gives the space a very relaxing, romantic feel. You can utilize the kitchen to cook for yourselves. Turnip Truck, our local grocery, is within walking distance or you can rent bicycles on 10th street and cycle down. Don't forget to stop at our local wine store, Woodland Wine, for some amazing vino to go with your meal. You can also walk to other wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood if you don't feel like cooking. After dinner make sure to stroll around our charming neighborhood filled with beautifully restored homes and shops. It's as if you stepped out of a different time period. East Nashville has become a local gathering place for artists, restauranteurs, and neighborhood families. It is a wonderful, eclectic neighborhood filled with heart and personality. Our cottage is within walking distance of many of the local hot spots. East Nashville has been featured as a culinary and style destination by the likes of GQ, The New York Times, and Travel and Leisure. Fenced in back yard. Explore and fall in the love with Nashville like we did when we moved here four years ago! It is a beautiful city: filled with romance, honky tonk's, one of kind music, and delicious food. Guest access Guests will have house to themselves. Walk to Five Points from a Dreamy Attic Apartment

Put on a vinyl record, draw a bath, and open the old casement windows for a cross breeze. This carefully restored craftsman bungalow dates from 1899. It's beautifully appointed with mid-century and primitive finds, alongside art collected on travels. Please note: This listing may not be booked for photo or video shoots without prior permission (and separate rates apply) Those wishing to produce content in the space must specify their request for approval before booking. 2 guests occupancy maximum. No additional guests. No parties. Nashville occupancy permit #2018066782 The attic apartment is reachable by its own entrance off the back of the house, has its own rooftop deck, and is completely private from the rest of the house. I live in the house downstairs and so am almost always available if I can help with anything. I like getting the chance to say hello in person, if possible, but I also give guests their space and privacy. Once check in has happened I leave any contact up to the guests. Just a mile across the river from downtown, the house is five blocks from the historic Five Points. There is no more walkable neighborhood in town, with dozens of independent shops, coffee houses, bars and restaurants within a ten-minute stroll. Parking is anywhere on the street and is always plentiful. If you don’t have a car, then uber/lyft is your best bet when heading outside of the neighborhood. Rides downtown typically cost 6 bucks and take 5-7 minutes. one of my closest friends, Claire, is available to give massages at the space. guests may let me know if they're interested, and then can schedule directly with her. licensed, highly experienced and intuitive, she will bring her table to the space (she lives on the block). Her rate is 120/hr, or 200 for a couple (2 hours total)

Private, New East Nashville Carriage House near Five Points

Experience a true southern escape in this cozy suite with over 700 square feet of private space. This top floor unit features a keypad entrance, open-plan living area, urban design interior with Crate & Barrel furnishings, designer linens, and a bed like you are sleeping on a cloud in a bedroom with a large closet and full dresser. This guest house is always sparkling clean. Between every guest we sanitize all surfaces including door knobs, remote controls, stair railing, light switches, etc. All linens (including comforter) are washed between all visits. Permit #2018014978. Guest House is located above the garage, there is one flight of wide stairs to access the unit. Limited on-street parking is available. A portable crib and other supplies are available upon request. Guests will have private access to guest house above the garage and back patio. The patio has two adirondack chairs and beautiful landscaping. If the guest is a smoker, the patio is the appropriate place for an occasional cigarette. Limited interaction with guests, there is a keypad entry, code will be provided upon booking. Hosts live on site and are available if needed. East Nashville/Lockeland Springs is very walkable and full of historic homes, just blocks from Five Points bars and famous restaurants like Lockeland Table and Margot Cafe. Just minutes from downtown with a friendly neighborhood feel. East Nashville hot spots are a 5-10 minute walk away. Lyft/Uber ride downtown Nashville will be $6-$10.
