Ampia zona giorno con cucina e soggiorno, una camera matrimoniale, bagno con ampia doccia, palestra e lavanderia. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario: lavastoviglie, forno, frigo, piano cottura, microonde, bollitore, stoviglie... Il giardino ha diversi alberi anche da frutto e orto, di cui gli ospiti possono usufruire.

Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

La Casa dello Scoiattolo is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Cervignano del Friuli, strategically located with respect to the main tourist destinations of the area (Aquileia, Grado, Gorizia European Capital of Culture 2025, Trieste, Udine, Collio), close to the train station, bus station and airport, as well as a short walk from the cycle path that connects Udine to Grado. The apartment has a separate entrance and is distributed on one level.

Rio Taglio, for those who love to get around by bike

Rio Taglio is a charming mini apartment, completely renovated. It consists of a double bedroom and a double bedroom with two single beds, a living area with an equipped kitchen, sofa and sideboard, a bathroom with shower, and a terrace. There is the possibility to do laundry and hang it both on the terrace and in the common garden in the dedicated area. A closed, masonry garage is available to safely store bikes and motorcycles.

A large bathroom with a vacuum cleaner completes the apartment.
