This property has been in my family for 40 years, and it is with great excitement that I am embarking on this project to turn it into a true 5-star haven of peace. Located in one of the most privileged spots in Llançà, the Villa will wow you with an extraordinary combination: sun, sea, wonderful views, tranquility, and a unique natural setting.

we have lovingly rebuilt this old bergerie from zero using oak from our own forest in the Ariege and the most ecological methods possible. Totally off grid, solar elec, borehole etc. Situated in the middle of a natural paradise surrounded by the fauna, flora, pleasures and inconvieniences that go with that! Close to the beautiful unspoilt beaches of La Franqui and Leucate and the great wine cellars and restaurants of Fitou, it is the ideal place to recontact with nature and your loved ones.

Come and discover this little cocoon beautifully decorated in the Mediterranean spirit, located in a village 5 km from the beaches and 25 km from Cap d'Agde You have an independent studio with private parking. And the best part of the accommodation is its private garden area with a small heated 2-meter by 2-meter pool (maximum 35 degrees) equipped with a balneotherapy system, the pool is exclusively reserved for you and it is not overlooked.

I am a charming exposed stone village house, renovated, located in the wine village of Tautavel in the heart of the Corbières Fenouillèdes Regional Park. My bohemian-style decor will not leave you indifferent. You can come as a couple, with family, or with friends since I have 3 bedrooms including an alcove "a real little nest for lovers" I have two beautiful flowery outdoor spaces ideal for eating and relaxing. The view is stunning!!

We welcome you to a 60 m2 2-bedroom townhouse with an outdoor courtyard, which we completely renovated ourselves. For the comfort of your stay, the house has air conditioning in the bedroom and living room and we provide you with two bikes.
