Luxury interior, mini kitchen ( no oven), ensuite bathroom ( yes, inside the Hut!), wood burning stove, and comfy double bed . Private outside area, with a BBQ ( charcoal NOT supplied), and storage shed .

Escape reality in this thoughtfully converted Woodland retreat, in the renowned and secluded 40 acre Pendarves bluebell woods. Near the historic mining town of Camborne, we are a short 20 minute walk from the mainline train station (6 by taxi). A plentiful supply of local attractions, reached most easily by those with their own vehicle. St Ives (13 miles), Falmouth (15 miles), Penzance (20 miles). Sadly we do not allow pets and due to the nature of the site, it is not wheelchair friendly.

What a beautiful setting, spotlessly clean, everything you need for a secluded retreat. It rained relentlessly during our stay, but the location is set up in an amzing way that you can still enjoy the outside space. Sonia thought of everything this place is just a gem. The outside bathroom is beautiful. The kitchen is clean and has everything you need too. Thr fire pit area and tree swings ....I could go on. Its a beautiful space.

The stay was fantastic. Cause of bad weather first day, we thought we will be in trouble, but cause there were table games and xbox with kinetic camera it was a saver. Kids and us loved the place cause it was spacious, bright and very well planned out. The hot tub and the b&b were very handy as well. And to finish all of the owner were super friendly and helpful, they did love the treats from them. We do recommend it 100000% Lijana

We had a fantastic stay in Cornwall and loved our accommodation for the weekend. The place was easy to find and our hosts were lovely and very flexible for us, as we managed to get stuck behind an accident on the M5 motorway. It was the first time we had tried a wood-fired hot tub and we really enjoyed. Ray was very attentive and kept the tub nice and hot for us to arrive back to whenever we needed. The family even helped us out with transport back and forth to Rock when we were struggling with taxis and we can’t thank them enough for that! We had breakfast at the house on our last morning, which was also very nice and beautifully laid out. In summary we had a fantastic trip and would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended!

Fabulous time at Kate and Simon’s. Lovely house in a great location. All amenities you might need to make the stay homely (even managed to successfully cook an Easter roast dinner in the kitchen). Messages beforehand were informative about the local area and very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Added treats on arrival were greatly appreciated. We had a fabulous stay and really enjoyed the extra touches.

Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at Fern Gardens, was just what we needed. We was booked 22nd-25th November so we knew the weather might not be the best. Unfortunately this weekend fell on storm Bert. Josh the host offered for us to move our dates due to this, which we thought was a lovely gesture but due to work commitments we couldn't. Unlike the weather the accommodation wasn't a let down. Josh has set the area up cleverly with all the little touches to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible he really has thought of everything! I was 5 months pregnant at the time and was a little concerned being cold during the night. Josh provided extra blankets etc but the bedroom area was so cosy and warm we didn't need them. Shower and toilet facilities clean and shower hot. The Geodome was perfect for our stay providing space away from the elements and an area to relax and switch off. We would recommend to anyone even in the wetter months! Thank you again Josh.

A beautiful spot near to stunning beaches. Our kids loved playing by the stream and at the play area. We loved eating at the barn and bought some delicious eggs from our chicken neighbours. The bbq hut was very well equipped and fun to cook in. The double bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed our campfire area too. Tanya and Tara were very friendly and helpful hosts. Also highly recommend a treatment in the yurt with Natalie! A fab base to explore a wonderful area.

A really sweet shepherd's hut to stay in and we lived comfortably for the few days in Cornwall. It's peaceful, isolated and very relaxing and a good central spot to expore this tip of Cornwall. You do need to be conscious about hot water and electricity at times, but the power never ran out so maybe we were overly cautious for the advice Liz provided us. No reflection on the place, just some advice to those booking, but no WiFi and poor signal did affect us more than we expected trying to make holiday plans on the go. So plan ahead!

An absolutely glorious stay — we fell in love with this beautiful corner of Cornwall. Olivia and Daniel were the perfect hosts: warm, generous, and full of thoughtful touches. The converted barn we stayed in couldn’t have been more beautiful, fitted out to a high standard with a creative eye. We especially loved the open-plan kitchen-living space, comfy mezzanine bed, the great shower, huge CD collection, super-fast WiFi, and the views across the lawn. The setting is truly magical — the photos can’t begin to do it justice. Acres of peaceful wooded gardens, a stream running through, spring flowers everywhere — and just a few minutes’ drive from some of the most stunning coastline in Cornwall. We loved hopping on the ferry to Fowey (amazing restaurants) and exploring Looe, Polperro, Lostwithiel and Polruan. This place feels like a hidden gem. We left already planning our return, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, unforgettable escape. Thank you!
