Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Fishtown, Philadelphia

Johanna's rowhome was stunning and absolutely an accurate depiction of the photos. There was plenty of sunlight, gorgeous decor, and an excellent guide that offers great recommendations on exploring Fishtown and the broader city. Her food and drink recs were spot on, and she was very communicative before and after our stay. I would have no hesitation staying at Johanna's rowhome in the future.

Emily's place made for a wonderful stay in Philly. I'm surprised by the reviews that mention the run of the mill experiences one can expect to have in a city re parking and alleged drug use- Philly is indeed... a city? As far as my experience, parking was more than reasonable, with a free lot for extended use within walking distance from the apartment. Worried by the reviews, I texted Emily ahead of time for parking recommendations, and she was responsive and thorough. Needless to say, there was no need to worry. The nearby lot is the chillest Philly parking experience I've ever had. As far as the apartment itself, the kitchen & bathroom were particularly lovely, & the two bedrooms upstairs were spacious & warm! The street itself is charming, and the apartment has grocery, restaurant, and pharmacy options within walking distance. I experienced little to no noise disturbance, as the place seems well insulated. Inside there's a booklet with local recs. I would book with Emily again!

Great stay in fishtown for a bachelorette! Jason was a very responsive host and and we had everything we needed. Parking can take a min but it all worked out. Places to go within walking distance and plenty of space. We’d come back.

We haven’t been back to Philly in over 10 years! It was nice to have a safe, clean and easily accessible place to stay. The stairs were a bit of a challenge after walking all day, but I knew that when I booked it! Just letting others know. I apperciated all of communication and help from the hosts. If I ever come back to the city, I would stay here again 100%!

What a great place to stay! Very comfortable for family with teenagers. Very walkable and lots of great restaurants nearby. It was very quiet considering how centrally located it is. The house was very well stocked and we appreciated all the treats they left for us. Richard was very flexible and accommodating. We had a car and parking was actually very easy. We found a spot nearby every time we parked. But really you don’t need a car- we walked almost everywhere. This was the best Airbnb we have stayed at yet!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything looked just like the photos—if not better. The host was communicative, kind, and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect—safe, convenient, and close to everything I needed. What stood out the most was the attention to detail—small touches throughout the home made it feel warm and welcoming. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Great cozy place to stay. Love the history and architecture of the home and neighborhood. Amalia was very friendly and extremely accommodating. When we realized the previous guests had consumed all the coffee, she immediately went to the store and bought some for us. If light from street lights bothers you at night consider wearing sleep masks.

I was nervous about checking in as some reviews say it was a little complicated. It was not if you follow the directions they gave. The place was clean, very nice and felt safe. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Malyka's place. She called to greet me and see if I had any needs prior to our arrival, the night before. She was responsive and very friendly. The apartment was comfortable, especially the beds. The shower had great flow and was wonderfully hot. Having the washer and dryer was a huge help. Please note though, there is a lack of electrical sockets in the living room for charging your phone or other electronics. We improvised and charged in the bedroom or bathroom. The neighborhood is walkable/bikeable with parks and playgrounds very close by. There is an abundance of options for food in the area as well. Give 'Tasties' a try for really great soul food. We would happily stay here again if in the Philly area.

Lailah, was very proactive with instructions, the place matched the description and was very clean. Worth every penny. I will most certainly book with her if ever in Philly again.

One of my favorite places we've stayed! It faces a major street though and in the front bedroom the road noise prevented sleep for my family. I stayed in the smaller back bedroom where the bed was amazingly comfortable and the road noise was almost pleasant haha. I felt like a welcomed and valued guest. Loved the fair trade caramel coffee!

This place and location is AMAZING! The location just cannot be beat. I was able to walk to well known places like Angelo's Pizza and the Liberty Bell! There is a wonderful bagel place 1 block away as well. The place was very clean, quiet and has a great AC unit upstairs as well as downstairs that worked very well (I'm from Texas I need cold inside all the time). I loved the charm and decorations inside. The shower was one of the best I've used in an airbnb. I absolutely loved the available parking space off the street for a fee, so I didnt have to worry about my car. Adam was a very responsive and nice host as well. I loved seeing all the birds in the backyard and it felt super peaceful in the backyard like I was not in the middle of downtown Philly. Highly recommend this place and when I come back to Philly I will stay here!

We had such a lovely stay at Jeanette’s place while attending my 20-year reunion at Swarthmore College. The place was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked, the bed was super-comfortable, the location was perfect (a nice 25-minute-ish walk to campus), and Jeanette was wonderfully communicative and accommodating throughout. Highly recommend!

Christine’s place is lovely, clean and spacious, very quiet and well located from a walking distance of many sites worth visiting in Philadelphia. Both the bed and sofa bed are comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying there.

So the townhome was AWESOME! looks just like its described. We only had an issue with the door because being from the south we’re not used to keypads like that. So you’ll put the code in and then the knob lol! Glad the neighbor helped us out. Andrea was very helpful and fast with responses.

Beautiful place! Sunlight throughout. Easy parking. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great little getaway in Philly! We had an amazing few days exploring the city, the place was perfect, clean, and well located. And… apologies for the noise! 😅 We might have enjoyed our stay a bit too much. Thanks again for having us!

If you are looking for a good central location, that’s the perfect choice. The beautiful apartement is like a 5 star hotel. It looks very luxurious, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the whole apartement is spotlessly clean. You can also find several parking options for a good price if you arrive by car. I will definitely book again if I’m visiting Philly.

Jason's place was the perfect spot for our recent visit to Philly. He had very clear instructions for entering the apartment (possibly some of the clearest I've ever encountered). The apartment was very comfortable and well stocked. We ended up accidentally snapping the key off in the gate one night when we were returning to the apartment and he was able to get a replacement to us ASAP. I would absolutely stay here again!

Host was very responsive, and the actual apartment itself very tidy. They were honest in the garage description, so pay close attention to details! Otherwise we had a great stay.

Danni's place offered a relaxing stay for my family of four (including toddler & infant). Her responsiveness before & during the trip was greatly appreciated, as were her clear instructions & city guide. The home offers up multiple places to congregate after a day of touring the city -- the rooftop in particular was lovely even if the weather didn't cooperate. The kitchen was functional and came with a nice welcome basket that my children loved. I also really appreciated the baby items -- gates for the staircases, all outlets covered, toys, a crib, pack n' play, and baby bath. These amenities made it an easy decision to forgo a hotel and made our packing a bit easier too! Fairmount is a walkable neighborhood with plenty of food & coffee options, as well as on-street parking. Hope to visit again soon!
