House vacation rentals in Fishtown, Philadelphia

Kathleen’s home was a beautiful place to stay. The accommodations were comfortable and modern, the home was very clean and clutter free. There was plenty to do in the area, the check in process was very simple and clear, as was the checkout process as well.

Sean was absolutely incredible! Due to an unexpected issue with our previous stay, we had to book last minute—and he welcomed us without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property itself is stunning—serene, safe, and beautifully maintained. Five stars all around!

We came to Cindy’s place for a High School graduation. It was an easy 18 minute commute to Lawrenceville. The house accommodated our party. There was lots of room for our 10 guest in the house, Great kitchen to cook in. The yard was big and spacious. Areas to throw a football, kids to play on the playground and area for adults to gather at the pool and cabana. Communication and check in was all easy.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

Caryle’s place was in a very peaceful neighborhood, very private and relaxing. The kitchen had what we needed and the living room was a great place to sit and read. We felt like we were staying at a friend’s house.

Johanna's rowhome was stunning and absolutely an accurate depiction of the photos. There was plenty of sunlight, gorgeous decor, and an excellent guide that offers great recommendations on exploring Fishtown and the broader city. Her food and drink recs were spot on, and she was very communicative before and after our stay. I would have no hesitation staying at Johanna's rowhome in the future.

Great location, very clean, and overall an excellent space for having multiple people. Flo was very communicative and we all really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was absolutely spotless and very comfortable! You can walk barefooted and have nothing sticking to the bottom of your feet. We were impressed by attention to detail. The host stocked the bathroom and kitchen with all the essentials. We felt safe and secure at all times. And, free parking. Will definitely stay here our next trip to Philadelphia.

I Absolutely loved this place—by far my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail in the house was thoughtfully put together and made it feel like home, right down to the same coffee maker I use myself. The soft rumble of passing trains actually felt soothing, even for a light sleeper like me. I started off using earplugs but quickly found myself relaxing into the rhythm. Can’t wait to come back.

This is a nice place and although I don’t have little kids, I wouldn’t recommend it for people with little ones. The stairs are very steep and the handrail for the first set of stairs isn’t quite long enough so you actually have to reach for the railing before you head down the stairs. The main bedroom appeared to have no air flowing through it so it was warm to sleep at night. While the bathrooms were nice, the en-suite bathroom wasn’t very functional in my opinion. It has dual sinks but you couldn’t really use the furthest sink as the toilet was right in front of it. It was also a bit of a hassle to get in and out of the tub as the toilet is between the sinks and tub. Again, very nice, but very tight. Overall, I’d give this place 4.5 out of 5 stars. The hosts were very communicative.

We felt very comfortable during our weekend stay. Street parking was easy & we felt safe in the neighborhood. The beds were super comfortable. Audrey was very responsive. It’s about 15-20 minutes into the city.

Henry was a great and attentive host. Great location, just as described. The private parking in the heart of the city is a huge bonus. Henry was a great communicator, and the place was a perfect base to explore all Philly has to offer.

Pat and Lulu’s place looks exactly like the photos, it has essentially everything you would ever need from an Airbnb. The location itself isn’t pretty but no complaints on the Airbnb at all! The beds are also super comfy.

Felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door! Christine's place had everything we needed for our stay and then some. She was so lovely to recommend things for us to do while in Philly. The house was the perfect layout for our family and we loved the rooftop views. Beautiful neighborhood with a ton of great restaurants and walkable to most of the bigger sights. Highly recommend and would definitely book again if we are back in Philly!

Aubrey’s place is very solid. The place is very spacious and well put together. The outside area is unique and an added bonus. Between the kitchen and the grill Aubrey has everything you need for cooking. Aubrey was very responsive and allowed us to check in early. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Philly.

Fun and whimsical place right in the heart of Philly’s up and coming Fishtown neighborhood. We had a great stay, lots of space, comfortable furshings, modern decor, awesome upgrades in the kitchen and bath. The his place has totally been redone, floor to ceiling, still feels like Philly, but with a modern flair. The neighborhood was a great with lots of restaurants and coffee shops just steps away from the house. Remarkably quiet for being there in the city. If you have a big group, this place is definitely worth the splurge!

We enjoyed our stay at the modern marvel. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance in university city and a quick ride to downtown. The decor and layout was excellent.

Our group of eight had an incredible stay at The Philly Retreat during our visit to the city for The Roots Picnic. From the moment we booked, Mark was exceptionally kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth arrival. The home was exactly as described: spacious, stylish, and thoughtfully designed to accommodate all of us comfortably. The attention to detail made our stay extra special, with cozy beds and inviting common areas perfect for relaxing after sightseeing and a long and rainy festival day. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better home base! If you're looking for a welcoming, well-maintained, and conveniently located property with an outstanding host, this is the one. We’ll absolutely be returning next time we’re in town!

This Airbnb is amazing. If I’m ever looking for a place to stay in Philly again, I will absolutely be back. The space was gorgeous and huge, the private rooftop and master balcony have incredible city skyline views, and the private garage was the cherry on top. The sign on the door coming in through the garage confused us for a while, but once we got in everything was flawless (and that was more user error than anything). I’m pretty sure this is my dream home. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to justify using the master bathroom/shower! Highly recommend.

My family has come to love visiting Philly. Its really great to be able to stay in these new areas that we loved walking through on our previous visit to Philly. Duane's location allows for great walks with nothing to do and eye candy around every corner. If you're into historical sites and pretty architecture this location will be perfect for you. If you're into bars and nightlife a few blocks away is a great area. Plenty of restaurants to eat at and bars to drink at. Very happy with this location.

We had a wonderful week long stay at this property. Well-equipped and in a central location. Walkable to restaurants, attractions and landmarks. Great for groups and families. The hosts were responsive and communicative. Because the property is in a central location the car traffic can be heard at night, but aside from that it is a wonderful property and we would stay here again.
