The studio's working function has now been replaced by a recreational function and provides you with the opportunity to taste exceptional architecture in a small volume, set just above the lake. Conveniently located, the subway station U3 and tram stations are right outside our door, providing easy access to explore the city.

I lovingly completely renovated the house so that my guests feel comfortable in the house. You have your own entrance and can use everything that is available there.
