Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Fire Island

Tammy helped me and my boyfriend out when we were in such a pinch. due to our apartment not being ready in time she was ready on short notice and such an amazing host and was so wonderfully kind. I had such an amazing stay and would come back again. I can only imagine how beautiful it would be in the summertime so close to the beach and amazing restaurants nearby Tammy‘s place is a 10 out of 10 and felt just like home. 🤍

I am so proud and thankful to God to have met Jean and all her neighboring environment and her family. It's been a very pleasant and satisfactory stay in a comforting homey accommodation that I wanted to prolong but couldn't due to obligations. The home furniture and appliances are splendid, I couldn't be more grateful to have a parking spot right in front of the door and to witness and utilize all those fabulous kitchen utensils, it was almost a paradise for those of us who like to cook. It was wonderful to observe all this wildlife, wild geese and swans, swimming on lagoon by the house while sitting on the living room couch and simply enjoying tea or dinner. Many thanks to Jean for allowing me to bring in both of my pet rescue kitties who were extremely well-behaved and happy and supported me during my stay. I bow down in front of Jean's superior knowledge both in hospitality and in interaction with both human and pet-friendly guests. I could only wish more hosts would be like Jean.

We were looking for a spot near the Nautical Mile and Reginald’s place looked perfect. Our flight was delayed and he was great at recommending a late night spot to eat dinner. He was very welcoming when we arrived. His flexibility and openness was great the next day with checkout. Highly recommend! Thank you Reginald!

Angelica and Brian's house was so beautiful and peaceful. I felt so relaxed and comfortable throughout my stay. The house was so clean and pleasant and the grounds were gorgeous. Sitting by the pool and relaxing in their backyard made all of my cares fade away--all I felt was bliss! There is a forest immediately beyond their backyard and no neighboring homes. I sat in the backyard for an hour or two each morning and listened to bird songs and the sound of the wind through the trees. It was so relaxing! The interior of the Angelica and Brian's house was tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. The house is near the village of Southampton ( with all of its charms) but I felt in touch with nature, and beyond the reach of the hustle and bustle of civilization. It was perfect. I hope to return for another stay sometime soon. This joint is perfect--give it a spin--you will be highly pleased!

Absolutely lovely! Room, home and host extremely respectful, and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and the location was just perfect. Close to town and relatives I came to visit. I highly recommend this home. I would stay again, many times over! Thank, thank you, thank you.

This is a perfect spot in a magical place. Honestly the photos don’t do it justice. The views from the house are stunning. The deck is incredible and I loved listening to ocean waves all day and night. My friends and I had a great time. Will definitely be back! Thanks again.

The space was cozy, very private location. We enjoyed the pool and it had a great ocean view from the roof top!!! It was clean and many towels were provided for the stay.

Our group of 8 had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay! The house provided plenty of bedrooms and space, making it easy for everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed. The speaker in the house was also really great for music. The host was kind and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate and unwind—highly recommend!
