We are a 5-minute walk from the suburban train that connects us with Bologna station in 20 minutes. Tiny studio (bedroom with kitchen area, plus bathroom) recently renovated, in an elegant building, clean and quiet, just next to Via del Pratello, one of Bologna's most interesting areas. A few steps away you'll find all sort of shops (bus, supermarket, bars, restaurants). It can comfortably host two guests and the kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking utensils. Second floor, no elevator. We often use the place ourselves, so it is not managed by professionals. No air conditioning.

We offer a part of our house for the summer: an open space studio of about 60 square meters, with independent entrance and covered outdoor space, 2 beds (it is possible to add a third cot). The house is located on the hills of Bologna, in an isolated place, very quiet and immersed in greenery, about 20 minutes by car from the city. Ideal for those who want to stay close to the city, but want to spend the summer in a charming place, in the middle of nature.

The apartment was created from an old Bolognese shop. We created a mezzanine for the sleeping area and kept a graffiti on one wall that makes this space unique. The large living area (with sofa bed) and bathroom are at the entrance level on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Outdoor parking a few meters away for exclusive use. Wifi, air conditioning, washing machine available. Transport services to the center very close.

THE "BED AND FRIEND" was born in Bologna in 2016, family-run, managed by Andrea and Valeria. The house consists of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, furnished in a shabby chic and modern style. It is located just outside the walls of the historic center (exit 6 of the ring road), 1km from the central station, 400m from Villa Erbosa, 2.3km from the trade fair complex, 1.2km from via Indipendenza (the city centre) in Only 2 ring road exits from the airport.

Located in Bologna in the Bolognina district, the apartment is a few dozen meters from the Ustica Memory Museum. A strategic location to walk to the Fair (900 meters) and, with a 20/30-minute walk, the city center.
