The apartment is in the attic of the old farmhouse with access through the ground floor to the overgrown garden to the terrace, a fireplace and adjacent mill stream with swimming spot, as well as the neighboring horse farm. The charming landscape with its lakes and the Windachtal invite you to activities in nature. Cafe, shop in the village.

Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!
