Mr. Ahmet welcomed us with gulery and sincerely. The house was located overlooking the sea and within walking distance to Akcagerme beach. It was easy to reach the center of Kaş and other beautiful beaches of Kaş by car. The house had all the necessary items for a house. Household items were new and tidy. It met our expectations. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Kasta.

The house was as seen in the photos, it takes 7-8 minutes by car to the center of Kaş, the house was spacious, spacious and clean, we had a very comfortable stay with 4 adults and 3 children. I would prefer the same house again for the next Kas holiday.

As described, Mr. Ismail's house is quietly located and somewhat away from the village. The view is fantastic! We found everything we needed, the kitchen is very well equipped, all information is correct. Mr. Ismail was always very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the Internet kept going down. Mr. Ismail even had the router replaced, but unfortunately it didn't help. He was very kind and helpful! Everything else was really great! We will be happy to come back and were very satisfied. Very nice apartment with an amazing view. There is everything needed for long stays. High-quality furniture and appliances. Nice location, close to Kash. It is very easy to get everywhere by car. We lived for a month and had time to travel all the nearest beaches, bays and observation decks. This is one of the most beautiful places, and morning coffee overlooking the sea and the islands makes it simply magnificent) The hostess was always in touch and quickly responded to our questions and requests. Albina's place was just our cup of tea. Smashing views surrounded by orange grove, peacocks and chickens in the yard, big comfy veranda and ample seating. The inside space was perfect for two. Appliances were all good quality, kitchen equipment also good quality. The flow of the cabin worked very well for us, the bed was comfortable, great corner sofa, good tv. The natural wood interior of the cabin meant it smelt very nice. Our host was responsive to all our wishes and helped us out with their knowledge of the village workings. Well worth the money.

A peaceful holiday location among orange and lemon groves. Very close to the sea and peaceful place. The hotel owners are friendly and help you immediately with any needs you may have. I would definitely consider going again.

Wonderful stay! My wife and I had an amazing stay! The views from the house towards the mountain were breathtaking, and the pool and villa were truly wonderful. It was extra nice to enjoy the sun all day without any shade and to get to see the beautiful sunset. We also want to thank our hosts who were incredibly friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to accommodate our requests. We are looking forward to visit this home again in the future. Thank you for a memorable stay!

We loved our stay at Berrin’s place! It was so peaceful, beautiful and calm - exactly what my family wanted for a vacation! The house is even better than in pictures: brand new and stylish, we loved amazing garden and barbecue area. Berrin is so lovely and helped us with suggestions where to go around Kemer, where to find local food markets and where to change cash at a great FX rate. Overall we loved our stay at Berrin’s place, definitely recommending it to and hope to come back some time! Thank you!

Ms. Özlem and her family were very friendly, humble and helpful people. She answered every question we had with urgency. The house was extremely clean, tidy, as in the exact photos and peaceful. Although we went to Olympos Adrasan side, it was our first time on the Karaöz side and it was definitely worth it. Thanks to him, we were also very pleased with the boat tour we found. Great apartment with a giant terrace with a perfect view to the sea and a Greek island. The apartment itself is not very big (though big enough), but together with the terrace it feels very spacious. We stayed there for three nights, had a breakfast on the terrace every morning, and one time cooked a dinner. The beds are comfortable, AC works well, everything you need is there (apart of a juicer, but we bought one in a supermarket). The apartment is a bit out of the center of the town, which makes this place quiet. Still, if you want to reach any place in Kas, it's in a walkable distance - you will need to climb the hill, but there are stairs, which makes it a bit easier. Parking is right under the terrace, and the roof protects the car from the heat. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone coming to Kas.

This was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The winter season is very quiet in the region. I was in Turkiye visiting friends and working remote and was glad to have this peaceful space to come home to. For remote work I require a reliable internet connection with fast speed and this was exactly what was available to me here. No issues at all! For breaks I could easily walk across the main road to the beach which I often had to myself. The convenience store was easily accessible. And the bus stop was right there so I could travel back and forth easily to Kumluca. Great location, all the amenities I needed, great communication from the host, responded quickly when I had questions, very clean space!

Its nice quite place with beautiful view, there is bedroom and dining room combined with kitchen. The hosts and their dog were very friendly. To compare to other place options around thiscarea we found here good balance price/space/ quality.
