A few highway exits away on the A12 highway you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. A parking garage has recently been built in the village with about 100 paid parking spaces (daily rate €10.00). A private garage adjacent to Alice's House is available at the usual price. Cà de Greg is a cozy, well-kept and refined apartment in the center of La Spezia, in the heart of the Lazzaro Spallanzani Staircase. It is located a short walk from the historic center where you can find shops, bars, restaurants, the train station for the 5 Terre and boats for Lerici and Portovenere. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts of home. A furnished balcony overlooking the rooftops of the city will give you the opportunity to enjoy the sunset while sipping a drink in complete peace and quiet.

The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.
