Andrea was always available, understood our needs on the fly, was friendly with us and our dog, the garden is very well maintained, the house is comfortable, we were very comfortable

I had a great time: small characteristic and very quiet village; the accommodation is really comfortable, well heated, it feels like home and Mrs. Piera is very friendly and helpful.

I can only agree with all the positive reviews! Massimo is a fantastic host and he is always immediately available when you need something without being intrusive. We got along well right from the start. The whole family is very warm, friendly, helpful and personable. There was nothing missing. Even a bathrobe and hot water bottle were provided! Especially the beds are very comfortable, which is a rarity in vacation rentals! My 2-week stay with my dog was very pleasant and I felt very comfortable…almost like visiting friends. Staying with Maria was super pleasant and quiet. The surroundings were super nice and we really enjoyed the great view. We slept great in the quiet surroundings. Maria was very kind and accommodating and gave us great tips.

Cristina was a great host! She picked us up 2 ggn. from the train station, because we had so much packing. The house was nicely located and was quiet. We enjoyed the nice surroundings. Had a lot of benefit from the bikes. Enjoyed the village of Levanto ♥️

Silvia and Enrico were waiting for us at the agreed time. They welcomed me with friendliness and kindness. Silvia clearly explained everything she needed to know. The apartment is very comfortable, very clean, tidy, cozy. Every little detail was attentive. We had a good time, thank you for your kindness! 😊🥰

We had a wonderful stay with Michele and he is easily one of the best hosts we have ever had. He really goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. He is extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment is super charming and well-located for excursions into the Cinque Terre and the other towns and ports in the area. We can’t recommend this place strongly enough. Nice reception, showed us everything right away. Beautiful area where you are very quickly in the nearest places such as La Spezia or Lerici.

You open the gate to the property and think you've landed in paradise. We spent a fantastic two weeks in this dream house. The view of the bay and the village are amazing. The pool is huge and everything was well maintained. Valentina & Jacopo are very warm hosts with great tips who take great care of their guests. They came by often and cleaned the pool, mowed the lawn, etc. The house is super nicely decorated and you feel very comfortable there. The only thing I would have found great would be fly screens, so you can open the windows at night without being bitten, but that's really all. So, complaining at a very high level ;). The village of Monte Marcello is super nice and idyllically located, with a great view. From there we made excursions to Pisa, Florence, Lerici, La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, etc. To sum it up: It was a dream!!!

A perfect location to explore the local area. well equipped with everything you may need. Nearest Carrefour is 10 mins walk. Some steps are avoidable by wheeling up the road from train station. Lots of toys and games for young children and some English books to for both adults and children. Good selection of oil and seasoning and water with some toiletries for the first night. Communication was good when there was an issue with check in and help was provided. Very quiet area away. Lovely private outdoor space. Thank you

Beautiful, quiet and wooded setting. The accommodation is large enough and well equipped for a family with children. We were able to enjoy the swimming pool and barbecue . Proximity to the spezzia to discover the 5 lands , just 25 min by car.

We had a wonderful, relaxing family time with 5 people in Cotto. Our kids liked the pool best and would have liked to spend the whole time there. We adults enjoyed the tranquility, the garden and the nature. Thanks for everything, Angelo.

Great location, quiet, well equipped and clean. We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is simply fantastic – quiet yet easily accessible. The house is very well equipped and everything was clean and tidy. We would like to emphasize the warm outdoor shower, which was the absolute highlight for our children. The house is more beautiful than the photo. The neighbors are good and helpful. As a traveller u have everything here you can imagine. We really enjoyed the terrace back at the kitchen. Perfect place and perfect city to enjoy. We met the owner the next day. She is cool and beautiful 😍🤭. Very nice people and nice place. We will back for sure!

Great stay at Veve's. We had made a roadtrip in Italy and our last stop was the Spezia and the Cinque Terre where we stayed 3 days at Veve's. The hosting was very warm by Veve's nice dad. The apartment is very cute and enough for a family with a small garden. The interior is very clean and very decorated like a Greek home. Veve had prepared our arrival, and very good coffee. Despite the 36 degrees the house is cool the sublime little garden for a coffee and breakfast break. Veve is very responsive and exchanged a lot, I stole all these coffee she didn't hesitate to bring back. Really good stay, I'll be back.

The house is very beautiful with a very nice view, away from noise. The renovation they have done is with very good quality materials. We love the communication, the garden very beautiful, and the must is the vegetable garden where we can pick the vegetables we need. A very nice place even nicer than the photos.
