From Fezzano, via La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the other towns of the Gulf of Poets are easily reachable by car or public transport. A few highway exits away on the A12 highway you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. A parking garage has recently been built in the village with about 100 paid parking spaces (daily rate €10.00). A private garage adjacent to Alice's House is available at the usual price. It's furnished in a functional and harmonious way in order to offer a welcoming atmosphere and a pleasant stay. There is private car parking. Nearby there are ligurian cuisine restaurants, shops, bus stop, beaches and marvelous esplanade between San Terenzo's and Lerici fortresses. It's the best place to start to explore Liguria and Tuscany.

The central location allows you to reach bathing beaches and the vaporetto dock for Portovenere or Palmaria Island (available from July and throughout August) in a few steps. A small house dating back to 1600, hidden in a suggestive corner (reachable only by stairs) of a small and characteristic village of the high Fezzano. In the green hills between Porto Venere and the Cinque Terre, overlooking the Gulf of La Spezia from above, the house has been completely renovated, but still retains the original wooden ceilings and the ancient nineteenth-century grit floors.
