Nice little house located in the city center of Lavardac, with two bedrooms. • one equipped with a 140×190 cm bed, • the other with a 160 × 190 bed. An extra bed is possible thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. The house also has a nice and intimate small courtyard. Apartment near greenway

Possibility to stay quietly in the center of the village. Tourist places nearby such as the city of Nérac, Casteljaloux, Vianne. In the village near the accommodation: restaurant, bar, pizzeria, bakery. For bike lovers there are 2 greenways in the village: the canal path and the Albret greenway. I have 2 adult bikes, 1 child BMX, and 1 child bike available on request on site in the accommodation (additional 10 euros for bike rental).
