Fethiye houses

Hello everyone! The house fully matches the description and photos. Everything is beautiful! Three bedrooms, four toilets, spacious living room, full kitchen. The house is new. Nothing is scuffed or damaged. There is a nice lawn outside. Swimming pool, lounge area in front of the poo, amazing view of the hill. A quiet place for a relaxing holiday! Particularly, I would like to say about the owner of the villa Erdogan. An open, kind, sympathetic man. It is pleasant to communicate with him, and he will always be happy to help in case of any problems. The world would be a better place if all the houses and their owners were like this!

We came to this villa for the 2nd time, and it was another great family holiday. Inlice is a quiet village and a great place to relax and disconnect, while being only 10m drive from Gocek with its restaurants and shopping street. The house and the garden are in a very good condition, with everything necessary readily available. The host is very friendly and responsive, and happy to provide local recommendations (e.g. finding a boat for a day in the sea). Thank you Murat for hosting us!

The villa was great, the location was easy to find, clean, and welcoming at check-in.The inside of the villa is superb with lawns, greenery, decorations etc and the swimming pool is fresh.The host was very friendly, very patient, forgot something to the villa, the landlord helped send it back.Worth recommending, I will recommend to my friends.

I organised the trip from London at very short notice and Mehmet was instrumental in helping everything went very smoothly. It was night flight arriving into Turkey very early morning and Mehmet organised pick up at airport and then a early check in to our apartment. Could not of gone smoother and all done last minute. The location and complex was lovely for the price.

Excellent stay. Very comfortable for family of 9, with ages ranging from 2-50. Loved that each bedroom had an en-suite and the amenities were incredible. The sauna, Hammam, and 2 pools kept the family busy and enjoying downtime. Cevdet himself was an excellent host, kind, proactive, great communication, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

My stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment was spotlessly clean, well appointed and exactly as described. The host was extremely welcoming and attentive, responding quickly to all my questions and offering great tips for making the most of my stay. I felt right at home as soon as I arrived. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely go back the next time I visit!

Great place to stay near Oludeniz. Very close by car to the beaches, town center, restaurants and the Lycian way. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. Really enjoyed our stay!

15 of us have returned from 8 days in Yasins villa. We couldn’t fault anything with the villa or our experience, we had the most amazing time. Yasin organised transfers for us all to and from the airport, and was there to greet us at check in and give us the grand tour. The villa is perfect and even bigger than it looks on the pictures. There is so much outdoor space and we made use of all of it. We spent most of our days around the pool, and several meals were had in the lovely outdoor area with the BBQ. All of the rooms were a great size and the fact they had their own en-suites meant we all had our own space when needed. The villa is in a great location. The Hisaronu strip is about a 10 min walk away. Oludeniz is about a 5ish min taxi ride, with a button to call a taxi a few yards away from the villa. We had a great meal at Barracuda and visited Buzz Beach Bar in Ölüdeniz a couple of times, our personal favourite. Thanks for a lovely stay!!!!!

Extremely comfortable place where you can feel at home. You can reach the most beautiful beaches of Fethiye in a short time by car. There is also a butcher and a small market in a quiet village within walking distance. Mr. Emre also provides information about the local areas to visit. We are very satisfied.

Lovely stay, literally the cleanest house I have ever been in, Fatih + his family are great.

The apartment takes 2 floors, everything was good, decent rooms and a great common room for everything with almost everything you need (except for shampoo and toothpaste). The location is good: close to the promenade along the sea, about 30-40 minutes to sightseeing and cafes area and about an hour walk in the other direction from the beach (the walk would be very pleasant). Thank you for this nice place, it was very comfy and cosy.

If you are looking for a place to unwind then this is for you , a ten minute walk to the harbour we’re you will find a lot of restaurants . The villa is spotlessly clean surrounded by mountains you could not ask for a better place to stay . The villa it’s self is as you would expect in a small street with neighbours ever side but that’s not a problem as they are very polite and you never see them . Ummugulsum the lady that organised are trip is such a wonderful lady so helpful always there if there is a problem nothing is to much bother makes you fell very welcome just can’t do enough for you and checks in every now and then to make sure everything is ok . This place has made some amazing holiday memories ,we were so impressed that we have already booked to come back next year and we can’t wait.😎😎😎

Resident cul-de-sac resident house. The house was quite clean and we had no problems with hygiene. The interior of the house was really full, no matter what we were looking for. The garden was also full and equipped with fruit trees, very nice in the morning and evening in the pool. A very pleasant and comfortable house is beautiful in the location.

Hi Derek, Thank you so much for letting us stay at your amazing, spacious villa. We had a great time and your hospitality was greatly appreciated. If anyone is looking for a large, peaceful villa, this is the place to come. The house is situated against the backdrop of the Babadag mountains with peaceful surroundings, away from the bustle of the main village but equally close to all amenities. There were 10 adults in our group and the villa was still big enough if anyone wanted some private space away from the rest. The pool was large and very clean, we all had a lot of fun outside. The Blue Lagoon beach is a few minutes drive away and there is plenty of activities to keep the whole family busy. The taxi button outside the villa is very useful. You press it and the taxi is there within a few minutes. Roughly costs £3 pounds to get to the main town if you don't fancy the 15 min walk. Derek is lovely and as soon as you text him, he is there to help. Amazing host. Thank u .

An idyllic villa in complete peace. We stayed here for 3 months in winter and it brought us exactly what we went for, peace, calm and beautiful nature surroundings. The villa is huge, the pool we didn’t use as it was winter but the pool views and pool area is lovely. The house has everything you need, we did however need to buy duvets and bedding as these weren’t provided. As we went in winter we had an issue with the hot water for around 3 weeks but it was later fixed. The locals are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Asim who is always available for anything you need. The village itself is small but sufficient for small food shops, rotisserie chicken, drinks etc. Fethiye town centre is approx 20 mins drive so not far at all and we preferred to live outside of the busy town. All in all, if you or your family are looking for a place to stay, I’d highly recommend this villa. We had a great time here and will definitely come back one day! :)
