Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Fes

Ideal accommodation for 8 people, 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and toilet, very clean. Very well placed to enjoy the medina while being quiet and close to the blue gate. The terrace allows you to have a nice view and eat outdoors in good weather. The kitchen is a plus even if you sometimes have to rewash some things that were poorly washed by the previous guests. The canopy is old and covered by a tarpaulin that takes a little light and lets drops through in places when it rains. But that doesn't stop you from enjoying the interior and we were delighted with our stay and the hospitality! We'll come back here if the opportunity arises!

We had a lovely stay. The previous comments are justified. My little girls thought it was a cathedral palace given the height of the ceilings! Youssef's welcome is precious. Everything was perfect. Just one point of attention: as in other riads, the stairs are not suitable for people with reduced mobility, the steps are not regular. But one bedroom is available on the ground floor.

If you’re not Moroccan, or have not spent much time in the country, be ready for a unique experience. It’s as riad as it gets with all its quirkiness - but all to yourself. It was an authentic experience for the two of us in our party. If getting lost in the alleys of fez intimidates you, this may not be the place for you. Jawad, the caretaker, is exceptionally attentive and helpful. Always ready not just with recommendations but also to walk you out if you need directions. Kitchen has all the appliances, wifi is surprisingly strong, hot water is aplenty. Bathroom situation is unique. The one full western-style bathroom is four flights up so beware of that. (There is a squatty potty on the ground level.) The rooftop terrace has nice open views.

the house is beautiful and original, it seems to be in one of Escher's works with the various levels that can be reached through unusual stairs. No object is chosen by chance ,all of valuable craftsmanship. Super comfortable beds and mosaic flooring. Also beautiful is the terrace area ( of course on two levels) with a poignant view of Fez . As close to the Medina, the exposure tends to be very peaceful. The breakfast offered by Muhammed in a nearby house equally pleasant and complete.

Our family had a great stay at Fatima’s place. The host was very accomodating and proactive with her communication and went the extra mile to make us feel at home. The location was great in the middle of the Medina. We would recommend to anyone visiting Fez who would like a local experience in the Medina.

Dar 47 was truly a special place. Our only regret was that we had to leave so soon. Each of the rooms had comfortable beds and spaces. Khadija was amazing and had a breakfast ready to help us start our busy days. We had her cook us dinner the night we arrived and it was delicious. We should have requested more meals in the riad. Emma was super responsive and helpful in arranging a ride from the bus station and tours around the Medina. Everything was fabulous and can’t wait to come back to Dar 47!

We loved this place! Great host and housekeeper and a lovely breakfast included. One large and lovely bedroom with attached bathroom, and another lovely but slightly smaller bedroom with attached bathroom. Charming sitting areas throughout. And there was no external noise or bother. We could walk out into the Medina for every possible need.

What a lovely welcoming place this is! We had the chance of meeting Anne and Ian, who are wonderful hosts and who had so much to share with us. Not only did they sent us a guide to the city before our arrival but they were always available to answer our questions and make useful suggestions. Ian made us a delicious breakfast every morning with fresh orange juice, homemade jams and different kinds of moroccan bread. The house is beautiful, every single corner is tastefully made and makes you feel at home, the bedrooms are spacious and the terrace has a great view on the city. And we really enjoyed being around the 4 cats.. it was difficult to say goodbye!

Residential area, parking available, quiet and cozy, close to the local vegetable farm

This home is a great place for anyone looking to stay in Fes! The home was very spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were of great quality. There are plenty of couches and places to sleep and relax throughout the apartment. Nabil was an amazing host; he was very communicative and allowed us flexible check-ins and check-outs for our flights. The location itself is close enough to either walk or take a taxi into the Medina, depending on preference.

We were satisfied with this apartment. The value for money was excellent. The location was ideal, close to the airport, which helped us with our early flight at 6am. Communication with the host was clear and check-in went smoothly. We would certainly recommend this apartment.
