We had an amazing 2 night stay here and wish it had been longer. A stunning building which exceeded expectations. Rachid was so helpful and friendly and I would recommend the breakfast and dinner options at least once during the stay. It is in the heart of the old medina which is a bit of a maze but Rachid was very helpful with directions and instructions. If we go back to Fes we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Hicham was a great host. We had a flight that arrived later in the evening and he helped arranged transportation to the Airbnb, helped us withdraw money, him and his wife cooked dinner for us (very delicious), and he even spoke to our tour service and told them a closer pick up spot. He also checked in with us and made sure our tour transportation went smooth and said we could contact him if we needed anything! We were a group of 5 girls and we felt very safe :) He also has competitive prices for his customers for desert tours (definitely inquire!).

Riad Dar Alexander, Stunning Exclusive Retreat Fes

We stayed for three nights at Riad Dar Alexander and would highly recommend it to anyone! The entire Fes medina is very confusing, however Zahrae met us at a drop off point and escorted us to the riad, providing many useful wayfinding tips along the way. The riad itself is spectacular - the majesty of the space is breathtaking. The only caution is the steps, it would not be suitable for anyone with mobility challenges. We were extremely comfortable and well taken care of by Zahrae, Hasna and Selma. We would stay here again if we ever come back to Fes.

Kenza’s place felt unreal! It was majestic and perfectly situated in the Medina. Everything was wonderful from check in to check out. The added services were much appreciated and the dinner was the best we had anywhere in Morocco! I would highly recommend!

Apartment was really spacious and well kept. Everything you need was there and everything was really clean. The building is new and in a good neighborhood. Communication with Imane was easy and proactive. She helped us finding the way to the apartment and was really flexible. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice establishment perfectly located in the medina of Fez. Its location makes this property quiet and away from the bustle of the medina. The room is simple but comfortable. The basics are there. The view from our room overlooking the courtyard with the pool is appreciable. The evenings in this riad are lively with nice music. Breakfast is very hearty and gourmet. The staff is very attentive. We also enjoyed the hammam present in the property. The care is given by two very nice and kind ladies. We had a pleasant stay at this property that our recommend.

It was the best experience we ever had with Airbnb. The sweet family made sure that we felt at home from the first second we met. We were invited to share iftar with the whole family and no words can describe how amazingly good Fadua’s home cooking is. She also showed me how to make a traditional fish tajhin. Except for being the best host we ever had, Salah is also an excellent guide with lots of knowledge of the area and its history. We came for a room for some nights but we left with friends and family forever in our hearts. It was also great to spend time and play music with their two wonderful daughters, Habiba and Ritej, and the two playful cats. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to have an authentic Moroccan experience.
