Amazing riad in the heart of the Fez's famous medina. A once in a lifetime experience for us to stay in a beautifully restored three storey riad which also has a rooftop. We were wowed from the moment we walked in and were impressed with the attention to detail in order to make a century old riad into a livable modern dwelling. Clare was very responsive and with the help of Zahrae and Salma and Hasna, all our needs and questions were attended to. They also helped prepare a wonderful dinner upon arrival and delicious breakfast every morning. We hope to come back soon!

L'emplacement à 2 pas de la place Rcif permet de se balader facilement dans la vieille ville à pied et de prendre un taxi si besoin. L'équipe du Riad peut également organiser à votre demande des excursions et vous conseiller de bonnes adresses. Bref, n'hésitez pas une seule seconde à réserver vos vacances au riad Ouliya, vous ne le regretterez pas !

It was a great stay, Hamza was very flexible and welcoming. The house is in a nice location, very close to one of the main streets, and easy to get back to. WiFi was fast. I was working remotely and able to take meetings easily!

L’appartement correspond parfaitement à la description : très agréable, propre et bien équipé. On s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise. Mais ce qui nous a vraiment marqués, c’est la gentillesse de l’hôte. Elle nous a sincèrement choqués (dans le bon sens !) par son accueil exceptionnel et les services supplémentaires qu’elle nous a offerts, Une vraie belle surprise ! Je recommande cette expérience à 100 %.
