Extremely large and beautifully furnished apartment. Close to shopping. Nice contact with Amine and contact persons on site. Parking right in front of the house entrance. Highly recommended for groups and families.

The apartment was very clean and well-prepared for our stay. The location was amazing – right in the heart of the medina, which made the experience even more special. This was my first time in such an original and unique place and staying in this traditional old house made it even more memorable. Each floor had a bedroom, and the rooftop terrace was simply fantastic. It truly felt like immersing ourselves in the local way of living. We also had breakfast prepared for us on-site, which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an authentic experience

The apartment is large and well equipped. It is located very close to the Medina. There is a large park (botanical garden) right across the street. The best place to stay in Fez. We stayed there for 4 days.

Very nice apartment in a quiet residence with pool. The place is very well located with a Marjane and Carrefour very close and especially good restaurants around and coffee.

We had a great time; pleasant and relaxing. The accommodation was clean and functional in an ideal setting: beautiful garden and pool. The hosts are adorable and attentive. Smooth exchanges and pleasant communication with Simo who was always responsive and considerate. We'll be happy to go back!

Our stay in Fez was super nice, Ayoub is a great host. He really welcomed us, he helped us with the few services we needed him. He is available and has given us information and advice on the activities to be carried out in the area. The accommodation is large and spacious, pleasant with family and peaceful because there is no neighbor. I highly recommend this accommodation. But you will need a car to visit the area, do a big run and just be independent for any trip.

State of the art villa with amazing views and privacy. Need a car to access, about 20 mins to nearest supermarket. Ali was super helpful. Few issues with the facilities but did not harm our experience- would love to visit again. Thanks!

We had a pleasant and relaxing stay in Houcine's house. The house is large, spacious, clean and functional, it matched the photos and description. The kids were able to take advantage of the swimming pool from morning to night. The little extra is a shaded terrace thanks to its fruit trees that delighted us. Houcine is very responsive and communicates smoothly, thank you to him for his kindness and patience. The place is very close to the airport which makes it extremely convenient at the end or start of stay. An address to keep for future stays

Beautiful house with pool, the place is super quiet and relaxing. The kids were able to have fun in the pool or around the house. Selma is very welcoming, always responsive to message and understanding. The caretaker is very very nice, you can ask him anything he will serve you. I would recommend the place, for its calm and cleanliness and insulation. 20 min from FES city center by car. You have a small shop 5 min walk from the property. If you need a secluded and family-friendly place, don't hesitate. See you next year Selma. And thank you again 🙏🏻

Great stay, nice and kind host

Highly recommend the place on all counts. Michela is very proactive and courteous in accommodating needs and providing valuable suggestions. The Riad is a hidden gem very close to everything in Medina. Very quiet and peaceful inside the Riad, which is hard to believe when we walk our way through the bustling main street. The artsy decor worked out by Michela along with her artwork was very enticing to my interests.

A perfect stay in a beautiful Home! Everything was as described: clean and well-equipped. The host was very welcoming and available for any of our questions. I would highly recommend this home for a pleasant and carefree stay.

Everything was nice. The space so elegant and huge that it seems enough to invite 30-50 people to make a royal party. But only thing she should clearly inform us or other guests was additional costs. Breakfast fee was additional and it was not informed well. I found it was not free through reviews. In addition, price was different from reviews. She sincerely made efforts to satisfy us. It was great. However most of that was related to money
