Vacation rentals in Ferron

The place was cute and had so much history and love put into it. It was clean and well stocked with towels and blankets. The bed was comfortable. We loved the hot tub-probably our favorite part. It was close to town but you are out on a peaceful farm. There was plenty of paper goods which was a nice touch. I didn’t quite understand that there wasn’t a stove or oven and the grill outside didn’t have propane so we had no way to cook the food we brought (there is a toaster oven and microwave). A little bummer but we went and grabbed a couple nice meals. Thank you for sharing your beautiful farm with us!

Melinda was friendly and responsive. We had thought we’d locked ourselves out, and she responded within 15 minutes. When I had a concern they were there and had had it resolved in a timely manner. The inside is inviting, comfortable and clean! The couch was exceptionally comfortable with extra pillows too. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It’s just a block or two from campus, and we enjoyed walking around campus and to the Malt Shop for lunch. The exterior leaves much to be desired, but the interior was so clean it made up the difference. We appreciated having a good washer and dryer too!

Bryan and Lynae's house was a great place to stay during our climbing trip to Joe's. The space is huge and comfy, the wifi was fast for working remotely, and we loved making all of our meals in the well-equipped kitchen. It feels like they thought of everything that a guest might need to actually live in the space, and were extremely responsive and helpful. You can tell they care about being wonderful hosts. I also loved how much natural light the space gets — often the downstairs/basement units can be dark, but not this one! Would definitely stay again for a future trip!

We were not able to make this reservation due to a snow storm in Boise. While we were unable to get a refund, Taleah was willing to let us switch to a later date, which was very nice. We look forward to visiting later this spring.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would! So super pleased with every single second of our stay. The Badger Den had everything we needed and the host was very friendly and thorough. The home fit our needs for our short weekend in Ephraim. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay so much, and I love knowing when I come to Spring City, there's a beautiful place to stay. The property was so charming, and we loved the history. We walked to Das Cafe for breakfast, and enjoyed the deer. I will definitely be staying here again!

Everything as advertised, Trevor was very friendly and helpful. 10/10 would stay again.

Jo Ann was responsive and friendly. Her place has a relaxing vibe and had all the amenities we needed. The location was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend.and if we are in the area again we would definitely stay here...
