This 1928 coal miner's home feels a little like going to Grandma's house. It is localed on a quiet street with pretty views from the hill behind the house. Helper's Historic downtown is an approx 1/4 mile walk to the east (down the historic staircase, under the freeway tunnel & over the swinging bridge). The town is filled with character & history. It is a great stay for a small family or a romantic getaway for a couple looking to recharge. Well-behaved pets are welcome for a small fee.

My Grandma's House Fully Renovated EV Charger

Everyone loves staying at My Grandma's House! A full renovation in 2025 has brought this sweet little house back into the 21st century even though it was built nearly 100 years ago. This was literally my great grandma's house, and I've loved reviving it into a special place to host the wonderful people that come to Orangeville to visit family, climb our amazing sandstone boulders up Joe's Valley, play on the beautiful San Rafael Swell nearby, or for whatever reason brings you here.

Our "E" Street House is located on a dead end street with Balanced Rock as the backdrop. Fully furnished and ready to welcome guests. We offer 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, living room and laundry. The fire pit in the back yard is stocked with wood for an evening under the stars. ATV and snowmobile trails are abundant and can be accessed from our street within minutes. Helper has a new city swimming pool just blocks from our house. A beautiful golf course is just a few miles south.
