Wonderful apartment in a nicely remodeled stone building in the heart of the wine village of Pommard. Very comfortable, roomy and homey. It had everything we needed. The village of Pommard is very peaceful and quiet but the vineyard field workers do start early in the morning (as do the church bells). There are only a couple restaurants in the village. A boulangerie, a boucherie and many places to taste wine. The apartment is close to the wine bike/velo trail (a must if you visit this area) and other country roads to take peaceful walks in the vineyards. We are very happy we stayed here instead of Beaune.

We spent a week at Annelies’ place in Meursault, a truly charming house. While traditional, the house is beautifully restored with modern amenities. The rooms are large, airy, and well-lit. The kitchen is spacious and functional, and the living rooms, though not large, are inviting. The backyard with its pool offers a great view of beautiful vineyards. We appreciated the good wine and milk waiting for us upon arrival. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Located just a 10-minute walk from the village center, the house is near a friendly boulangerie, a well-stocked shop, and numerous wineries. Annelies was very flexible, responsive, and really a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this wonderful place for a unique experience.

Christelle was really helpful in being so quick to respond to whether we were able to drop our bags earlier than the permitted check in time. I really appreciated this as I was able to take my friends cycling in the vineyard. The location of the apartment in Place Carnot is perfect- right in the centre of activity but as it is first floor- the apartment is quiet. Facilities seemed like new with classy decor. Staff in the Grand Cafe de Lyon below were also very friendly

How do you begin to describe just how peaceful and relaxing Emmanuel’s place is?! If we could have stayed for longer, we would have. The weather was perfect one day for the pool, which can’t be common in October, and that was lovely. The amenities were great, especially useful for a couple with a baby, and the help from Emmanuel throughout was second to none. Highly recommend, and we’ll be back ourselves one day soon!
