Das historische Gebäude ist Teil eines Ensembles aus Alt- und Neubau und liegt auf einem großzügigen Südhanggrundstück in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Starnberger See. Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!
