The lovingly furnished apartment is totally idyllic and quiet – perfect for couples who just want to unwind. A beautiful private garden is right by the house. Here you can also barbecue or lie in the hammock. The apartment is superbly equipped, it has everything you need – and a little more. It offers enough space for two, is modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail. A parking space right outside the door is of course also included. Bence was always available, super uncomplicated via WA and happy to help – no matter what it's about.

Dora’s airbnb was perfect for us, two adults and a dog. We parked out car right in front of the house, in a very peaceful and lovely neighborhood. There is a big park right next to the house. The house is well equipped, we had everything we needed for one night, very clean. Communication either Dora was very good, she is very nice and we would definitely recommend her accommodation!

We had a great time at the place, the kids were able to play in the big garden, and the Venice Coast is a few minutes walk away. The upstairs and downstairs in the house can work completely separate, we had two families downstairs and we had a separate small suite with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom in the same way. The host, Edina, was very kind and helpful in everything. I highly recommend this place to others. Thank you!

As a family with 3 children between 6 and 13 years old and a dog, we had a great stay and felt very comfortable. The vacation home is individually designed, clean and very well equipped all around. There was nothing missing. Absolutely sufficient kitchen with new and modern appliances and even a dishwasher. A great bathroom with a washing machine and modern shower. Everything very clean. Eva and Attila were very nice, very hospitable and uncomplicated hosts, who also let us participate in homemade Hungarian specialties and surprised us with a huge plate of pancakes etc. We felt free and comfortable. It was ideal for people with dogs. Very dog-friendly and you could even leave the dog alone on the huge property and not have to worry. Lake Balaton and the beach or banks are 1-2 minutes away. Just across the street.

This was last minute booking for me, everything was according to descriptions. I enjoyed my stay there. My room was clean with attached bathroom and pool was great.

A very nice, clean, well maintained and well equipped place - we loved it! Outside lots of space for children or dogs to play and run around. Amanda -our host- was super kind and helpful and very responsive to our questions/messages. I highly recommend this accommodation, we only had positive experiences while staying there.

I've stayed at Biró’s many times now. They are a very nice couple, good communication, pull your car right in the property; very easy and close to the main highway to Slovenia.

Loved the apartment! Everything is nearby: beaches, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are clean and have everything unprecedented. And the best is the small green patio where you can have breakfast, or have dinner in the company of birds and a hedgehog. Thanks Marianne for your hospitality❤️

The flexible 'check-in' as well as the flexible 'check-out' were very good for us, which we had a long journey. The personal account cat at check-in and the explanation of the house, the house and pool technology were great and greatly contributed to a great and relaxed holiday start. You could just feel comfortable in this property. The view over Lake Balaton and the great sunsets - you can go on vacation. The tips in the Carolin and Geoff area were very helpful. The infrastructure in Balatonfützfö is also overly good. Conclusion: A repeated vacation with the use of this great accommodation is not excluded from our point of view.

I recommend to everyone for relaxation,a shiikarnaya embankment,there are many swans nearby,a rose garden,everything is within walking distance,a beautiful harbor with yachts. Very nice host,answers all questions at any time, there is a swimming pool for children, a jacuzzi,saunas,a hall with simulators . The city itself is very cozy,like at home,everything is clean , the church, a lot of monuments walk for 15 minutes, you can ride bicycles and scooters. Enjoy your stay on Lake Balaton and with this house and the host!!!

Amazing stay and amazing host

We had an unforgettable 2 nights at Kozma 48! Gabor was great throughout the booking process, and Lena communicated with me prior to check in and met us at the house when we arrived and when we left. The house and town were both wonderful - a gem in this part of Hungary! I have a family connection to the place, so it meant even more to me, but I know any people on holiday in the area would enjoy their stay at Gabor and Lena’s comfortable little house. It is a traditional historic home with all the comforts of modern life. If we come back, we would happily stay here again! Thank you, Gabor and Lena, for everything! ☺️

Nice place, nice oner

The apartment was very nice and clean. Well equipped kitchen.

We had a great time during our vacation. The accommodation is close to the beach and the promenade is not far away. Thank you also to the host, Sebastian, who was extremely friendly and helpful, responding promptly to all our requests. We'll definitely be back!

We went to Kisdio for Christmas, but we didn't expect to feel so at home. We just wanted an acceptable place to stay where you can bring a dog, but we got a lot more than that. Nora is the kindest landlord I've ever dealt with (and I've been to a few places), and Kisdió is literally dog-friendly. Your equipment shows how carefully they've handpicked all the furniture and everything you need. And the Christmas decor really is beyond expectation! I have to say we had the best Christmas of my adult life with the family and we want to come back again in another season.

A super location, quiet area, easy to get to the center. many shops around the location at about 3 min drive. Communication with the host was excellent.

Good price for such a good place. Great location, near to the beach. Very calm and pretty. It’s awesome that you can come when you want because there is one place for key and you can get it when you want. 😇and also it’s 1h from Budapest
