The fishing pier is about 7 m x 3 m, shared with the neighboring house. Lake Balaton is a 10-minute walk, 3 minutes by car. The shore is closed with a gate, as the pool can be closed to be completely safe for children. Barbecue, cauldron and covered terrace provide complete comfort. The whole family will feel good in this peaceful place.

The garden pool, the 6-person hot tub and the entire property are for guest use only, and the owner does not live on the property.

I offer my guests my real Tiny house with keyless access. It is also suitable for a home office in an air-conditioned living room sitting at the desk you can see nature through a huge reflex glass. The house is self-designed and made. There are three bicycles, they can be used for a separate fee. All are in excellent condition and include a mobile phone holder, puncture repair, lights and pump.
