This is a stunning and beautiful apartment in a great location: the best AirBnB we have ever stayed in. What's to love? * Super-stylish, modern decor in an large comfortable open-plan penthouse apartment with long balcony * Amazing views over the edge of Lake Balaton (with a couple of baby deer that occasionally appear) * Quick walking access to a private jetty where you can swim in the lake * Fabulous hosts who are so helpful and make everything easy - and who in particular helped us fix up a memorable morning sailing on the lake (thank you!) * Brilliantly equipped with everything you'll need, including the coolest fresh coffee machine we've ever used * Great location, near some key Balaton places, including Tihany (and Aniko and Attila has some great recommendations for places to eat). What's not to love? * Nothing! Stay here, and stay as long as you can. You'll relax instantly and have a wonderful time.

We organized an overnight teambuilding event at Kornél's place. Kornél was super helpful and fast to respond all along. It was perfect for a getaway from the office. The apartment was tidy, neat and well equipped. Balaton is within 5 minutes walk, the overall surrounding was quiet and peaceful. Plenty of restaurants and food delivery is available nearby. The only thing to keep in mind for teambuilders that the apartment has no common area / living room inside, but we were super lucky with the weather and could enjoy the time outside in the spacious garden and the terrace, which is under roof!

Peter is really helpful with anything, you can need. The communication was perfect, the place was nice and clean. We were allowed to stay with two pets, that is as well a big advantage. The place is in a fantastic location, really 100 m from the beach. We are satisfied and thankful!

Stayed at This lovely apartment with my family for 2 nights. It was clean and tidy equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view is great from the apartment and the seating area outside was perfect for a drink whilst enjoying the view. The beds were comfortable. The kids loved the TV in their room 😅. The host was responsive and helpful.

The place was super nice, modernly decorated, spacious, huge balcony, exactly as shown in the photos. We had a great stay. Check in was completely straightforward. Completely satisfied! We will be back!

Here, you'll get what you see in the photos! It is also a very calm safe neighborhood for your car. 10 minutes by car to all major food shopping shops. You won't be disappointed if you choose this!!!

Honestly? You probably can't have it better with other accommodations and landlords. At most equivalent, but that would be very difficult for them to achieve. Mariann has actually set her quality incredibly high in everything. I wish I could stay everywhere so well.

Very nice apartment, everything what is needed is there. Big advantage is parking and location (near the lake), 2 bathrooms and big, big terrace. Timea is super host who answer to all our questions. Very small disadvantage is distance to the train station. But anyway, I would recommend.

We went to Natalia’s place for our summer vacation with our two small kids. We were looking for something peaceful and safe where we can be fairly near the water but not too close! That’s exactly what we got! A beautiful view at the lake, almost no traffic, a cozy and well equipped house and a perfect garden for our kids to play in. Natalia was very helpful and welcoming! She showed us everything around the house so our whole stay went smooth and easy. We had a wonderful time, i can recommend it to anyone with similar expectations!

The apartment and the location is great. The view from the windows and from the balcony is excellent. The flat is spacious but a bit under furnitured and under equipped, especially the kitchen. In case you plan to cook your meals be aware to ask what tools are available. It turned out this place is managed by a company and you need to visit their office (in office hours) in midtown Siófok for both check-in and check-out which is not listed on this website. Make sure you can manage the process. Huge plus is the separate lavatory next to the bathroom, which however also equipped with an another toilet. Bed is comfortable enough but not the best, the couch is preatty good though. Wifi was the lowest point: literrally can not connect with iPhone, iPad, Macbook, Android phone, Windows laptop. Fortunately My PC had a cable connection and the router also, so i used it over the wire. The internet acces was very fast. Nice flat, need to improve a bit. Office staff was nice and helpful.

It was a very nice and relaxed stay. The apartment is a little further from the center, so it is definitely worth arriving by car. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The host was very friendly, always available and was also able to help immediately if any issues occurred. The check-in was super easy by arrangement of the time. The balcony is amazing, really the most beautiful thing about the apartment. We loved it. You are right on Lake Balaton, which was very important to us and despite many people it was absolutely quiet. Highly recommended 😊
