Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Fejér

We had an unforgettable 2 nights at Kozma 48! Gabor was great throughout the booking process, and Lena communicated with me prior to check in and met us at the house when we arrived and when we left. The house and town were both wonderful - a gem in this part of Hungary! I have a family connection to the place, so it meant even more to me, but I know any people on holiday in the area would enjoy their stay at Gabor and Lena’s comfortable little house. It is a traditional historic home with all the comforts of modern life. If we come back, we would happily stay here again! Thank you, Gabor and Lena, for everything! ☺️

We spent a week in the house with a 1 year old. The house was spacious, clean and tidy. The fridge is quite small, that's a good idea. The garden belonging to the house was very good. There was a swing bed, an outside table. It was possible to have a barbecue. It was a nice time to spend. Not far from the house was a shop, an ice cream shop, a grocery store, a playground not far away. It took about 20-25 minutes to walk to the beach, but there was also free parking if we went by car. Albert was always quick to respond and easy to communicate with.

Our little family had a great and comfortable stay in Barbara's house. Everything you need is there and the Balton is around the corner. We felt very comfortable and hope to come back.

I was in this vacation home and I really enjoyed it! The house was clean, cozily furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location was quiet and ideal for relaxation, but at the same time also easily accessible. I particularly liked the beautiful garden and the quiet surroundings The hosts were very friendly and helpful – you immediately felt welcome. I can absolutely recommend this vacation home and would like to come back anytime!

We had a great time during our vacation. The accommodation is close to the beach and the promenade is not far away. Thank you also to the host, Sebastian, who was extremely friendly and helpful, responding promptly to all our requests. We'll definitely be back!

A super location, quiet area, easy to get to the center. many shops around the location at about 3 min drive. Communication with the host was excellent.

Family orientated Airbnb, brilliant hosts, very friendly and relaxed, understanding and willing to help with everything like things to do and even invited us out for a day out at the lake! Very nice atmosphere at the stay, everything provided, beautiful scenery with cool lights especially at night, would recommend 10/10. Also had a dog called jenny who is very friendly too

The landlords are very nice and very easy to reach. There was nothing wrong with the apartment and can accommodate 5 people. We had a very nice stay that didn't miss anything.

I can say nothing, but recommend Kata as a host as well as her beautiful apartment house. If you are looking for solid stay near Balaton this is the place. Kata is very friendly and well managed, her care-taker Gregor was really nice and helpful as well. The hose itself is well equipped and the beach is just awesome! Thumbs up.

We had a wonderful stay at Adam's Villa on Lake Balaton! The villa was not only beautifully furnished but also spotlessly clean. The location was perfect – within walking distance of the lake and in a quiet, idyllic area. Adam was an excellent host, always available and very helpful. The furnishings of the villa left nothing to be desired, from the well-equipped kitchen to the terrace and garden with barbecue. We really enjoyed our vacation here and would recommend the villa to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing time at Lake Balaton. Thank you, Adam, for this great stay!

We had such a wonderful time with Kata and her family! After a few months of traveling we were ready for a rest and their beautiful big old house in the countryside was the perfect place to spend a week. We felt extremely welcomed and at home and enjoyed getting to know the family, sharing meals and teaching each other new card games. The house has a very special atmosphere that was only highlighted by the beautiful surrounding wilderness and fields which were perfect for walks. We would definitely recommend visiting LivinGarden if you have the chance! We really felt as though the family went out of their way to ensure that we had a wonderful time and experienced their corner of the world to it's fullest. It is a very special place that we felt privileged to spend time at :)

What an awesome villa Atilla has. 5 double rooms, great kitchen, spacious shady deck under a large awning, large private garden with plenty of shade and a lovely pool. The games area and table tennis is a nice addition. The kitchen is really well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and utensils - something we have found other airbnb's lack when cooking for a group of six. The villa is very close to the lake with access from the rear garden. The lake is fab - we had morning and evening swims each day when it was less busy and play time using atilla's SUP paddleboard in the afternoons. One of the best Villa's we've rented for our family. thank you

We were in Angéla's home for a bachelorette party and it was all great! Everything was beautiful and the hot tub was our highlight. We had nothing to complain about and when we had questions, someone was always available and helped us immediately. We were also recommended a great restaurant, which made our stay even better. We enjoyed every day there and the quiet location and atmosphere were breathtaking!

Imre is a fantastically friendly and caring host. We rented it for a bachelor party for a weekend, which was a great success! A spacious venue provided an opportunity for an 11-person LAN party for whiskey tasting and cooking. Due to the location's characteristics, we were not disturbed and we did not disturb others with loud music or conversation in the middle of the night. Imre was absolutely flexible when leaving, there was no problem with the handover either. I highly recommend it to anyone who can appreciate the opportunities described above in a place to stay.
