Everything about staying at Gigi’s house went well! The house was in a great location for access to things to do in the area, just a mile from the main road through Bella Vista. The pet policies were accommodating and realistic. It helped so much to have a flat, fenced in back yard for the dog to run around in. The house was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen came equipped with what we needed. Gigi and Delton were quickly responsive to any issues or questions we had. We had to make an adjustment to the days we had originally booked due to medical appointments and they very kindly took care of it and immediately refunded the days we couldn’t stay. We would love to stay here again!!

We stayed here for a month of biking. The house is located right on the tunnel vision trail with easy access to the razorback greenway to access the slaughter pen trails and the back 40 trail and blowing springs trail. The back yard was big and fenced in which is great if you have a pet. The house was very clean and well provisioned. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful surroundings with a lake view. This was a quaint little cottage on Beaver Lake with great hosts! We would certainly recommend booking a getaway here.

We loved this cabin! Very clean, looks like the photos, great space. Host is very helpful and responsive. Great outdoor area with a hot tub and pretty view. Highly recommend!

This place is a great getaway to ride UTVs at Buckhorn OHV park and other trails in the area. The host is very responsive and welcoming, check in was easy and the house is older but kept up very well. Very private setting, highly recommend a stay here. Keep in mind you will need to trailer off road vehicles in and out each day since you can’t ride through Devils Den State Park. The lot next door makes parking easier as the drive is pretty steep.

House very clean. Backyard worked well for the dogs. When walking dogs, there are no sidewalks.

The cabin was so clean and looked brand new inside. The fireplace woodstove was wonderful on the cool evening and the screened in porch overlooking the woods and valley were just wonderful. Bob's cabin will always be on my short list for returning to again in the future when needing to get away to a peaceful and quiet location (even my cell phone with internet didn't work here which was a plus). I highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet, and beautiful location.

The home was exactly as listed on AirBnB. It was exactly what we wanted. Close to Bike Trails. We have stayed in Bella Vista before and really love the area. The home was very clean and Katy was very responsive and communicated clearly. There was an information binder for the guests and it had a lot of great information. Were a lot of puzzles, games, toys and a books for family and all ages. Check out procedures were simple and didn't take much time at all. Highly recommend.

Such an incredibly clean and stylish place for our short stay. Close to a lot of fun things to do and great places to eat!

First, what a unique find & business model for an AirBnB that tailors to cyclists (which I am) and/or mountain bikers, and in so doing is promoting a healthy lifestyle! You’ll also have everything you need onsite to take care of your bike, and they have some cool swag to purchase and take with ya’. Absolutely seamless & smooth check-in process to a room in which the design, messaging, and aesthetics are clearly about biking and healthy living! Love it! And, it was exceptionally clean… none of this a surprise to me as the owner, Jeremy (co-owned with his wife), is a fellow Marine Corps veteran! So, you’re in good hands, RAH! You’ll find a nice little path guiding you out back where you’ll find hammocks for relaxing, awning with picnic table, grill, a great FirePit with wood & starters provided, as well as a good number of comfortable chairs for sitting and enjoying that fire if you come with a group! Only possible thing that could make this great little spot better is if it were actually nestled right in the wilderness. But you’re close, real close! So, #GetMovin, and enjoy this unique biker’s inn! Live Life, Live Healthy… Outdoors! Semper Fidelis 🇺🇸

The view, if you can believe it, is even more mesmerizing in person! Book it! We stayed in February 2025 and even in the cold, wintery weather, the view and experience were better than expected. We especially enjoyed grilling steaks on the grill provided, and selecting a movie or two from the extensive collection. Beaver Lake Cottages is a dream property, one that you will never forget!

We had an AMAZING stay! The view and surroundings are beautiful! We went on a hike down the trail behind the cottage down to the lake and it was gorgeous! Would highly recommend if you're able to navigate the terrain. The place was amazing and Kevin was an excellent host! There was a bottle of wine in the fridge, fresh muffins, and some other snacks! It was above and beyond! Everything was nice and clean! We would highly recommend staying here and have already told some friends they should come! Thanks for a great stay!

So nice I’ve stayed here here twice! This is a nice quiet place to stay ghat is SUPER close to everything. If you are thinking you need to find a place “right on the trail”, I get it. I’ve stayed in those places too. It’s actually nicer to stay closer to town where you can run out and grab groceries or a bite to eat and this is a great location for that. Plus, the fire pit and option to continue staying outdoors after the ride is a great option. You gotta try this place! It’s great!

Our stay at the Bike Inn was awesome! Such a great location and lovely stay. I highly recommend staying at the Bike Inn.

We will 1000% percent be back. The location is perfectly central to all of the mountain bike riding you could ask for, had great local food and wonderful coffee. The place was spotless and smelled great and was super cozy. The owner was super friendly. When we go to Bentonville, we’ll be staying here every time.

Jeremy was super friendly. The location was a perfect home base for visiting the museums, walking trails & Walmart Amp. Would totally stay here again.

We will definitely be back! Loved the atmosphere and decor of the whole place! We arrived a little early so they were quick to respond so we could do an early check in. We have already talked to a few friends about planning a longer trip in the near future!

I stay in Bentonville 2-3 times a year or more I always look for something cool and different. This spot fit the bill on both choices, totally a unique paneled in the city. The huts were quiet and clean if you didn’t know better one would think you were in a camp ground in the woods.
