I had a great stay experience! The house was extremely clean and tidy, I felt very comfortable. The host was very communicative and helpful with everything. Overall it was a stay that far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

The home was impeccable, 12-15 from istiklal. On the 6th floor with a nice view, spotless. The complex is very organized with a pool , gym and 2 food shops and the host impeccable, everything we needed was always there and helped us!!

This stay was outstanding! The views were great, the location was better and we had no issues going in or out. The host gave us all the information we needed and was responsive for our whole stay!

First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank Janet and her mother for everything. Her mother guided us through the villa with great clarity, ensuring we felt welcome and well-informed. Everything was perfect—the rooms were beautifully designed, the bathroom was luxurious, and the swimming pool was ideal even in winter. We stayed as a family group, and those two days became truly unforgettable moments in our lives. We were beyond happy and amazed by the experience. Our stay from February 4-6 was exceptionally well-prepared, with every detail thoughtfully arranged—from the cozy fireplace and ample firewood to the constant supply of hot water and the villa’s warm, inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend this villa to any group travelers looking for a perfect getaway. Without a doubt, I will book the same villa again in the near future. Thank you, Janet and your wonderful mother!

A great find away from the tourist areas but close enough to visit. The immediate area was full of friendly locals with limited English, it was a authentic experience and the local bakery and food court we're brilliant. Would recommend to anyone

Had a fantastic time staying here! The location can’t be beat, it’s right near Galata tower and walking distance from tons of great restaurants, cafes and shops. Really fun area to stroll around. You can easily get to the metro, tram or ferry’s in a short walk. The apartment was perfect, comfortable and nicely decorated, with everything I needed. It was quiet at night despite being so close to everything.

We are a family of five and had a wonderful experience with this apartment. The host is very helpful and always present especially in airport transfers - home, he also helped us in times of need. The host got up at 3:30 in the morning to greet us and make sure the transport arrived. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and close to the center. Based on our experience, we highly recommend it.

It was an amazing place for our little family to say in during our trip in Istanbul! Quite and safe street between two parks for our two kids under four to play. Very walkable to all great attractions, we will definitely come back to this place another time.

Denis was very helpful and attentive host. We stayed there for 4 nights and all 16 of us really enjoyed the house and location was perfect! Near to the tram and ferry station and super easy to locate. Btw the rooftop was the highlight of the house! Mostly love everything about the house 🤍🤍 thanks a lot Denis!

Complete nice site, very good in relation to the price, it has against its very narrow staircase it makes it difficult to climb the suitcases

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

Within walkable distance to Galata tower. Responsive host. Clear instructions. Clean and cozy apartment.
