Cozy Room in Shared House city center

AbdulRating, 5 stars35 months ago
Nelly's place was very good. I enjoyed my stay there. positive is that the location was very central 2 minutes walk from bus stop and 10 minutes walk to Taksim square. The room was exactly as described and Nelly is super fast in comunication. only negetive is that the room was on 3rd floor and the apartment is located on an uphill. If you have lots of lugagge or you have problem climbing up hill or stairs it can be an issue. another issue was that the washroom was shared. I was very satisfied with my stay. and I will definately come back.
The room features exposed brick walls complemented by wooden accents. Two spacious beds are arranged, each with fresh white linens and a towel placed neatly atop. Natural light filters through a window adorned with dark curtains, illuminating the warm wooden flooring and simple furnishings.

Classic Designed Apartment With Fast Wi Fi

AyakoRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Safe environment and good access. There are no steep hills about a 5-minute walk from Taksim Square. It is also safe because it is across from the school. I was able to relax and rest in a clean bed. There was a small elevator, and I was relieved to have large luggage upstairs. The hot water in the shower came out properly. The rooms are recommended.
A cozy sleeping area features a spacious bed adorned with floral-patterned bedding and decorative pillows. Soft, light-colored curtains frame the window, while neatly folded towels are placed at the foot of the bed. A simple light fixture illuminates the space with a warm glow.

Aydin is a very kind host and available by message. He gave us plenty of tips to enjoy our stay. The apartment is located 500 m from Sultanamet (10 min walk from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi) There is access to the tram (T1) which takes us to Eminonu, the Galata Tower etc... 2 min walk to a small A.101 supermarket where prices are affordable for groceries. There are also several restaurants (quite expensive as tourist area)/pastry shops and loukoum vendors/banks etc... There is everything you need in the apartment, the washing machine is very useful for those who travel light. The only negative point is the smell of dampness because the apartment is located in the basement, but it dissipates with the heating. From the window you can see the sidewalk but the street is very quiet. There is a children's park right across the street.

Best Location in Sultanahmet

TaniaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Extremely convenient to the major attractions, could see the blue mosque from my window so was able to wander over several times at different times of day. Walkable to Grand Bazaar, Spice Market , Cistern , Palace, Hagia Sophia….you do pay the price for being in the most popular tourist spot but if it’s your first time to Istanbul I highly recommend.
A spacious terrace offers panoramic views of the water, complemented by the surrounding landscape. The railing is made of glass, allowing unobstructed sightlines. A potted plant sits on the terrace's edge, enhancing the connection to nature in this peaceful waterfront setting.

❤ Watch Asia from Europe on Terrace

We had 2 nights at Marmara Guesthouse and found it was in a great location near the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. The reception guys had good English and helped with our luggage. It is a quiet place with double glazing and aircon/heating in our room. Internet was very good. The breakfast was fabulous with so many choices and foods to try. Sadly the coffee wasn’t very strong and the bed mattress was too firm. But they’re just small things. Recommend Marmara !
An array of breakfast items is displayed on plates, featuring sliced fruits including watermelon, cucumbers, and olives, along with various types of bread in woven baskets. Small condiments are provided, creating an inviting breakfast setting.

FREE BREAKFAST ROOM IN BLUEMOSQUE

AlisherRating, 5 stars15 months ago
I have never used Airbnb before. Service that Yusef provides is beyond then expectations. I have never felt that much supported by hotel. This place has to be the most underrated place I have ever been. Place located at the center of a lot of touristic attractions. Like, The blue Mosque, Topkapi Place, Bayazid Mosque, The Hagia Sophia, The Grand Bazar, The New Mosque and Bosphorus Tour. You can literally walk to those places… Yusuf and his dad treat you like they owe you. Super polite, very informative and they give the best advices… Place looks amazing and kitchen feels like traditional Turkish Restaurant. They make one of the best Turkish breakfast in the town. ( and it’s free 😬) Thank you for everything! For sure I will be back to the same place!
A welcoming lobby area features plush orange seating arranged around a small white coffee table. A geometric rug lies on the polished floor, and a staircase leads to the upper level. A large artwork depicting a cityscape adorns the wall, complementing the modern decor.

The main highlight of the accommodation is its location for sightseeing, near the metro, in addition to the room cleaning that is carried out daily. On the other hand, the area is busy and a bit noisy.
