Murat bey’s place was exactly as depicted on the listing, if not more. It was very clean, secluded from the city buzz, and close to main attractions in Etiler, Arnavutköy and Bebek. The views are wonderful, house has everything you need. Private parking spot makes a great difference in Istanbul. Murat bey was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great place in Istanbul, felt like home. Three levels & basement, 3 bd, 3 bth, a patio for morning coffee and evening tea, authentic stay in Istanbul (Beşiktaş- Ortakoy area). Safe place, we have found parking place easily, the host, Yunus - was very helpful and kind.

The owner was amazing - always came to help right away when we needed it. It was not allowed to go up on the balcony, which doesn't matter at all for us.

This place was perfect. Especially our guest services person. They were extremely proactive in making sure all my needs were met throughout the entire trip. Very grateful for them! The only issue was spotty wifi. Just make sure you check in with the host to get it fixed the second you experience issues.

The apartment is so central, it’s ideal to explore of that Istanbul has to offer. The biggest perk is the secret door to the restaurant next door where you can order a world class spag bol without even leaving the apartment.

The apartment was just as described—clean, stylish, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants and shops. What really stood out was the hospitality. Drew and his team were exceptional—responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. Drew’s being a native English speaker made communication effortless, which was a huge plus. This was our first time choosing an Airbnb over a hotel in Istanbul, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every detail was taken care of, and we felt completely supported throughout our stay. We’re leaving with beautiful memories and already looking forward to returning. The villa looked as in the pictures, the rooms are spacious with a beautiful sea view. Yassine was very responsive, available when needed. Helped us with a number for transportation to the center of Istanbul. Only recommendation would be to have a broom stocked in the house, extra garbage sacks and toilet paper. We had a wonderful stay and recommend the villa.

It was a great stay. The place is unique and calming. The host is very helpful and understanding. You have help 24/7 and the nature and the place is unique. We totally recommend.

The house was completely in line with the descriptions. There were multiple people available for communication, which was reassured to know that we could get support at any time. The home was in a safe, quiet neighborhood, but also easy to get to. The pool was spotless and the surroundings were well-maintained. The kitchen had everything needed; we comfortably prepared meals even with a large group. Mr. Sinan was understanding and quick to communicate; he provided an immediate solution to all our questions. Ideal for large teams: Everyone was happy with large spaces, equipped kitchen and common rooms. Thanks to our sincere attention and care, we had a smooth holiday. place is lovely and spacious, was perfect for our little family reunion . Location is great right next to the sea, lots of space for everyone, weather wasn’t good enough for the pool or swimming in the sea but we had great time by the open fire and in the little summer house in the garden. Had everything we need in the kitchen ,only thing is home decor wasn’t our taste but that is really very personal. Garden is the die for, well recommend it x

I felt like I was staying at home immediately. Amazing view and location far away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. House was well stocked for everyday living, cooking utensils, dinnerware, towels etc. The host Behçet Bey is quick to respond and inform of any updates and him and his daughter are happy to help point you out to the best restaurants or grocery stores in town.

great place to spend the weekend; Mr. Emre helped me get into the house. The garden and pool are pleasant . There is a barbecue set up in the garden and they also helped to light it. There is also a fireplace option available for cool days. It was a nicer house than the pictures.
