The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge, where there is access to the summit of Mount Pelmo, standing at 3,168 meters. From here, on clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon. For those who cannot climb, there is a trail that goes around the mountain.

It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. It has three rooms with double beds and one with two French beds, all with private bathrooms. In the attic, the living room provides a cozy space to relax in tranquility.
