Our stay at Hazel Cottages in Whimple was nothing short of exceptional! The studio was pristine, cozy, and perfectly equipped for our needs. Hazel Cottages is a gem, and we highly recommend it for a delightful and memorable stay in the beautiful English countryside!

If you are looking for a tranquil, peaceful space, this is the place to be. The private apartment is comfortable, welcoming and well equipped with games, books and interesting information about local walks and places of note. The balcony is a fabulous addition, with countryside views. Eleanor kindly supplied fresh eggs (in a variety of colours from different breeds of chicken!) which made a splendid breakfast! The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with cereals, herbs and other culinary items. I cannot stress enough how peaceful and secluded the space is, just perfect for getting away from “it all”.

We have just returned from a few days away and stayed in this lovely place. It was easy to find, clean and easy to access. Had everything we needed for a few days away. Jane the host left clear instructions and a great pack when we arrived with all the important information we needed as well as some of the property history. Great location for getting to surrounding towns and villages. Jane checked in with us the day before we arrived and gave clear access instructions. Honestly a lovely stay! Would recommend and would stay again if we visited the area.

Tanya was fast at responding, very helpful and kind. I felt right at home and welcomed. Tanya was always happy to help when I had a question / needed assistance. The Airbnb was clean, as described. The area is lovely and peaceful and the roads are relatively quiet.
