This little home is an older, comfy, and clean duplex located on the west side of Farmington. Fairly close to downtown and plenty of restaurants as well as the riverwalk and San Juan Regional. Farmington is a great central location to Chaco Canyon, the Aztec Ruins, Bisti Badlands, Durango Colorado, and many more! There is plenty of backyard space but there is *CURRENTLY NO ENCLOSED FENCING*. For those traveling with pets we do have a nicely sized secure dog run!
