Constructed in 2025, everything is brand-new at Casa Colina, including the flooring, appliances, and furniture. Casa Colina has an open floor plan of 1517 sq. ft. with enough space to hold up to 11 people on 6 beds, including a pull-out couch in the living room. Eagles Nest

Eagles return in the fall to roost in the tall cottonwood trees on the Animas River. Nice gazebo on the river equipped with propane BBQ for a nice relaxing meal. Relax in the hot tub after a long day touring the scenic Four Corners area. Durango Mountain ski area one hour away. Owner is not liable for any incidents regarding use of in-ground trampoline, pool or hot tub. Pool will be open Memorial Day-Labor Day (summer only). Hot tub is open Labor Day-Memorial Day (winter only).

The house is located near the college, the mall, and many places to eat. As far as geography, it is centrally located between Ship Rock, the San Juan River, Navajo Dam, Chaco Canyon, and Durango CO. There is much to explore just by doing day trips. The San Juan River boasts of the best fly fishing, and Navajo Dam is one of the biggest lakes in NM stretching into Colorado.
