House vacation rentals in Fão

This place is an absolute gem. It is one of the nicest places we found in Portugal. The house is located in a small vineyard. Beds were comfortable. There’s a wood fired barbeque a great outdoor covered area and a beautiful infinity pool. Every morning we had fresh bread delivered to our doorstep. We picked lemons and oranges from around the house and had the host deliver us fruit. It was beautiful and quiet. The only negative is that we enjoy the place so much we did not visit any of the surrounding areas😊. If we had any questions, the host was response almost immediately with suggestions for places to go restaurants, markets. We had an excellent day and would return and stay there again anytime. It is definitely a 10 out of 10 definitely highly recommended.

The house is very beautiful and is as advertised. The location is perfect, very close to Caminha but in a more secluded area surrounded by nature. Elisabete was very attentive and everything went very well, with a lot of flexibility on her part. I'd love to come back! It's a perfect place to rest.

Gorgeous space, incredible location, private with a great view. I would only comment that there are a lot of stairs, at the property and then loads is hills surrounding it. So you definitely need to ready for that. We weren't (haha!).

We were a group of 4 adults, a 9 month old baby, a 2 year old, 2 dogs, and the house was perfect for everybody! Great space inside and outside (dogs enjoyed a lot exploring around, very safe), big bedrooms - each one had its own bathroom (they provided a cot for our little one), and a very well equipped kitchen. Isaque and his mom were very responsive, caring and available, made our stay super comfortable, providing some nice little "gifts" and local treats for us to enjoy along the days. We had a lovely and peaceful time. The pool is amazing, it had nice views as well. Not much to do around the area (I'd recommend to take everything you need for the entire stay), just little walks or hiking (you need a car to reach the closest town or the mini market), so if you are looking to spend some days with family, just enjoying nature and away from the every-day-rush, this is your place.

The house of Susana , is charming , super cozy , we feel at home . Pena was the little time we enjoyed it , they were good times in the family and to improve we took our dog , who was also very well received . The only aspect I would say to improve is really the time of check out , it is quite early , I think it does not make much sense especially for those who have not been able to enjoy the house enough, which unfortunately was our case . thank you very much Susana for your sympathy with everything ! We'll be back for sure!

We enjoyed our stay in Apulia, the environment with flourishing nature and the sea air offered us nice walks! Lots of choices in terms of restaurants, and several mercados nearby. The accommodation is friendly, functional and fresh. Small downside for the lack of brightness and the noise of the dogs. José Pedro was a very nice host and gave good advice... he speaks French very well and that's a plus! We will keep a pleasant memory of this stay... Thank you José Pedro!

Very beautiful house, rather spacious, completely faithful to the photos. All three bedrooms are upstairs. Perfect for 6 people. Perfect location to visit the north of Portugal without being far from Porto. Stores within 10 min and the train station 5 min away allows you to reach Porto in 50 min for €2.90! An exceptionally beautiful house with a very good price-performance ratio. There are four really nice double rooms, so really suitable for up to 8 people. Three bathrooms, a large and really well-equipped kitchen and the highlight: huge living room and dining room. The garden is also very nicely landscaped (and there will soon be a pool!). The location is fine (purely residential area), but you can walk and cycle very nicely directly from the house. In 10-15 minutes by car to the sea and in 45 minutes to Porto. The house is very well equipped, designed with a lot of love and absolutely recommended!

Beautiful property with even more beautiful grounds! Eusebio's place is very peaceful, with a big pool, flat yard, and beautiful plants everywhere! The home was perfect for our family of 3. We loved exploring this remote area, as well as driving to Viana do Castelo to shop and eat.

Great place to stay! Our family enjoyed the apartment and the condo! The kids loved to play football at the pitch, the pool is great for swimming! Location is great, a 7-minute drive to Apulia Beach. Valter, the host, was sympathetic and quick to answer any questions!

It is a wonderful place to reconnect with nature. The house has a cozy fireplace and a coffee machine, with capsules thoughtfully provided by the hosts. We spent a few days in a warm, welcoming atmosphere, grilling dinner and enjoying it on the veranda, under the watchful eyes of a dozen adorable local cats. The host was very kind and responsive. We were allowed to check in early, and they even gave us a ride from the bus station — it was incredibly thoughtful! It would be great to have a kettle, some shower gel, and a little laundry detergent in the house, since there’s a washing machine. But these are just small details. A beautiful place to relax and recharge in stunning surroundings!

We had a lovely time at Maria's house. Everything was very clean and charming. The location on a typical Portuguese street and only 20 minutes from the beach on foot or 5 minutes by car is very nice. The beach is very fun to take surf lessons. Maria was very responsive in responding to messages and accessing the house, and friendly too! Thank you for everything.

Ana is a warm host. She greeted us personally, showed us everything and gave us good tips. She was also within easy reach. The bungalow was totally cozy. We felt comfortable immediately and there was everything you need. The beach is minutes away on foot and yet it is very quiet. The bungalow has a small garden. That was perfect for our daughter. It was also great that we were allowed to check in early and check out later. Thanks again for that. We will be happy to come back.

A super location in a beautiful town. The house is well described and has all of the amenities listed. It has everything that you would need. It is clean with good WiFi. The kitchen is well equipped of you wish to eat in, however there are lots of good nearby restaurants.

From the absolutely extraordinary house, to the landscape that looks like it came from a movie, to Mr. Manuel who left us speechless because he is so friendly and dear. There is no better place to rest, and we left thinking about when we'll return. The photos don't do the place justice, at all… Very spacious house, we stayed in a T1 and there was plenty of space left, well decorated, very modern, with an incredible outdoor space, it's just magical to go to the balcony and just hear the birds. Thank you Lucia and thank you to Mr. Manuel, who made this stay fantastic and want to return!
