We had a pleasant stay in this spacious house, ideal for our group of two families. Upon arrival, we found a clean and well-appointed house. The stone structure and antique decor add a rustic and original touch that makes the atmosphere unique and very warm. The pool was a real asset which allowed us to have great moments of relaxation and play. The garden, very well maintained, offered a beautiful and unobstructed view, adding a peaceful setting to our stay. We all enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

The location is perfect, with places to shop and visit nearby, as well as a pharmacy. In addition to the fantastic service, they provided us with the phone number in case we needed anything and sent us links to places to see in the area. Everything was fantastic, we will definitely be back🥰

Beautiful picturesque farm! Gorgeous sunsets and gardens! We enjoyed our stay at the farm and having a taste at how wholesome and romantic a farm life looks like with its flower gardens, vegetable garden, glass greenhouse and animals. Hosts were very caring and went the extra mile to help us. Thank you!!

I was in the house of Mr. Júlio and I am allowed to say it is simply beautiful! The atmosphere is super quiet, with a breathtaking view. The house is all equipped, with all the utensils you may need. The fireplace warms the whole house very well, and also has air conditioning to ensure comfort at any time of the year. Mr. Julio was a very friendly and welcoming host. I recommend this house 100% to everyone! A quiet, spacious and comfortable place. Definitely a wonderful experience!

First time using Airbnb and what a brilliant experience. Massive house, very clean and spacious. There was everything there that you could need. Nuno is a fantastic host, gets back to you straight away and gave us flexibility on both check in and out. Will defo be going back next year.

What a fabulous place, and even more importantly, wonderful, responsive owners. Barbara’s father greeted us on the property a short time after we arrived, with treats in hand for us, and an offer to help with anything we might need throughout our stay, even giving us his cell phone e should we need it any time day or night. Bread was waiting for us at our front door every morning. Barbara checked in with us daily via text to offer suggestions for day trips and eateries. After we checked out, Portugal suffered a national power outage and Barbara sent us a text to make sure we were ok. They really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for.

Incredible location - such a special home, perfect for a peaceful getaway, and our dog loved it! The house is very large with everything you need for a few days. The views are just amazing, and everywhere we wanted to go (hiking trails, waterfalls, restaurants) was around 30-45 minutes drive away. The town itself is very quite, but it was exactly what we wanted. We found the bed wasn't the most comfortable, but after a long day of hiking, it was fine. Thank you Paulo for the beautiful home. :)

Set in a very beautiful and quiet village, the space is wonderful, very cozy and a host concerned about the well-being of the guest. The house is modern, clean, with lots of light and with recent materials. All very clean and careful. Very good bathroom, with hot water for everyone and towels as described. You can prepare meals in the kitchen and eat on the premises, just as if you were at home. It has TV with all channels and super fast and intuitive WiFi to connect. Value for money. I recommend it for any family who wants to relax and have a good stay.

We had a lovely stay with our 2 six-year-old children. The pool is suitable for toddlers. Peaceful and neat place. Very nice experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We spent two magical weeks at Ella's place, spending each day amongst nature and having the best time, whether it be in the pool, walking around the grounds, relaxing on the beautiful patio of the apartment or playing basketball or table tennis. Anything we needed, Ella and her team would help and would always offer things for our one year old, such as toys to play in the sand with and fun toys for the pool. Maria, who is one of the team, is incredible: kind, caring and just lovely. She made our stay perfect. We can't recommend this place enough, true heaven. thank you Ella and the team!

We stayed at Helder’s place for 3 weeks while visiting family with our two small children. The highlights of the house for us were: very clean at arrival; indoor parking close to the entrance; the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking and the dining room was spacious, we were able to host our family several times; cordless vacuum; central heat was crucial for us as we were traveling from a colder climate and used to a warm home and it worked well; the bedrooms were a good size with a lot of closet space; lots of sheets and towels available; washer and dryer was also a must, which is not easy to find when renting in Portugal. The neighborhood was quiet, we always slept well. Easy access to the main road N14. Hélder is a great host, he was always promptly available to address a few issues that came up and he was very flexible with check in and check out times which we really appreciated specially traveling from so far with children. Wonderful Country House for Holiday in Gerês. Close to several areas of the Natural and Minho Park, cozy and in the middle of nature. Silent mountainside street overlooking the mountains, complete with everything a person may need for cooking (minus one oven, but okay). We were a couple with two small dogs that loved the fenced backyard. The week we spent there we saw from the window cows grazing and a shepherd with sheep. Even a fantastic experience to relax the city. The host was very attentive and sent many tips and the point of maps to the house, checked in smoothly, the car was parked on the front terrain without any problems.

Ana’s place is a perfect hidden getaway surrounded by amazing views of the countryside and mountains. A car is a necessity. Beautiful flowers, fresh fruit and veggies all around, this place was a great quiet break from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were greeted by Ana’s mother who accommodated a late night check in and was there to help any questions we had. Our secondary host, Quarantine the cat, also made sure we had company for our entire stay and was a real delight to have around. Great peaceful escape!

Second stay at Isabel's and still just as satisfied. The house is always very clean, well-stocked and well-equipped. Proximity to big cities (Barcelos, Braga…) but the quietness of the countryside. Ideal for vacation. I recommend Isabel for her kindness and responsiveness. The house for its space and amenities. Thanks again for everything and see you soon 🎉

The house is beautiful and overflowing with old-fashioned character and charm. Maria was friendly and helpful. We loved the lemon trees and fresh spring water. We felt like aristocrats clattering about in this grand old home. There’s plenty to occupy you nearby. I would recommend this place to families or more than one family looking for a relaxing holiday in semi-rural Portugal.

Stayed at the house with my colleagues and we really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for everyone when some alone time was needed but also various activities you can do in the house when all together - pool table, foosball, outside barbecue area just to name a few. The communication with the property was also great. Definitely recommend.
