It is located at 800 meters of altitude, on a slope of the valley river Man, in the yellow mountain range. You can also make use of the restaurant O Abocanhado which is part of the development.

It is the first villa in a circuit of 6 villas with direct access to the dam, a private jetty and a wellness area with jacuzzi, sauna and heated swimming pool. Repurposed from an old house, it is a landmark in the architectural genetics of Gerês. It has a suite and two bedrooms.
