Set in a rural area just outside Penryn, our comfortable guest suite is on the first floor of our home. We are conveniently located between Falmouth and Truro. The accommodation provides plenty of space and can accommodate up to 4 people (king size bed plus a sofa bed). There is no kitchen, but a kettle, toaster and microwave are available. Guests will have their own key (accessible in a lockbox) and have their own entrance to the guest suite. There is plenty of parking available for guests.

The annexe is a very spacious room and tastefully furnished, which includes a super king size bed, and en- suite shower room.The annexe has its own private courtyard and off the road parking. We are within easy reach for Falmouth’s shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, and beaches, which are about 20 minutes walk. The only cooking facilities that we have is a microwave, toaster, small fridge, and tea making facilities.

A two-storey separate annexe with double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and sitting room, breakfast area and cloakroom on the ground floor. Private off-road parking and shared rear entrance (with the owners). Located in the heart of Falmouth, the beaches, town centre and harbour are all within a 15 minute walk.
