Vacation rentals with lake access in Falmouth

Very nice place within an estate. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Children enjoyed the bath tub. John the host has been kind to let us check in early. Sadly we had been busy visiting the touristy spots and did not have enough time inside the estate. Will defo come back if we were to visit Cornwall again x

North Quay was an absolutely stunning town house with spectacular views of the estuary and evening sunsets. The home was immaculate and had quality fixtures and fitting. Close to the town, shops and even closer to the beach and beach cafe, we had the best time here. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation and we will be going again soon.

Amanda's place is absolutely perfect, decorated beautifully with some lovely decorative items that make it homely but thankfully not cluttered. Beds were all lovely and comfortable, all rooms laid out perfectly. Great to have a bathroom and a shower room especially with a large family, there was also plenty of everything you could need in the kitchen. The site was nice with a fab pool and friendly reception staff. So many lovely beaches within a fairly short drive. Would definitely stay here again next time we come to beautiful Cornwall. Amanda was also excellent at replying to messages, always got back to us within 30 minutes at most I think. Thank you very much Amanda....10 out of 10! ☺️

We loved our stay! Beautiful and homely, with lovely outdoor spaces. Rooms were all comfortable, clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Simon and Saraya were friendly, gave helpful instructions and were really responsive. Would definitely recommend!

We had a very relaxed time and Saj was super responsive and very detailed in what we needed and what was around for us to do. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and have to say lovely pillows and duvet 😁 would highly recommend

we had an amazing stay at Lorna's place! The house was clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic, close to everything. Lorna's also a great host, very responsive and helpful

Adrian and his team were absolutely amazing from before we arrived! Adrian sent me a long list of all the nearest supermarkets, restaurants, attractions and adventures that are around the area. It was of huge help when trying to organise the trip. When we got there we were greeted with a card and scones which was absolutely lovely! The house included anything you could ever need and more! Especially in the kitchen which was fully kitted out. The hot tub and sauna were all set up and very easy to use. WiFi worked perfectly too. We are so grateful for them for gifting us with an amazing stay and we look forward to maybe going back. Most definitely recommend staying at the Tresillian Lodge!

Great place to stay. The welcome from the reception team was very warm and friendly. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing and was cosy and comfortable. It was a chilly day when we arrived and it was so nice to walk into a warm room! Everything was clean and fresh, the view across the lake was lovely and it was quiet and peaceful. Check out was very straightforward and quick. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had an amazing time at Ralph's flat in Cornwall. The flat was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making it feel so welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location couldn’t have been better—it’s just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for sunrise strolls, lazy afternoons by the water and surfing. Despite being so close to everything, the neighbourhood was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The host was also very responsive and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Hayley’s place was a great find in a lovely location with views overlooking the boating lake. The guide Hayley sent over was a lovely touch and included some great spots which we visited and were glad we did. Hayley was quick to reply to my messages and has created a tranquil space which is further benefited by a great location. We will definitely be back to stay at Hayley’s again

What a fantastic find. Only a short walk into Newquay. Great walks from the front door. Waters edge was well equipped and had everything you needed. We will be back

Lovely apartment which is close to Fistral Beach and less than 20 minutes walk into the centre of Newquay. The bed is comfortable, the shower is great and the views are wonderful. we felt right at home here.

A wonderful stay at Pinetum Gardens. A garden lover’s paradise and a must for anyone planning to visit the Eden Project as I did. Eden is a 7 mins drive away, Tesco is a 10 mins walk, and a bakery 5 mins stroll. Charlestown harbour is a 22 mins stroll and a picturesque location for drinks and food. The house itself is wonderful. Dinky. Fantastic shower and bathroom. Plentiful hot water. A comfortable bed and clean linen. Pristine kitchen. A great house and i will come back for another visit. I had a very warm welcome. The host was on hand. The site has a tearoom, which sadly i did not get to try. Accessible carpark. Hairdryer. Free wifi and everything you could ever want. A brilliant find.

We stayed in the Melyn cottage, it was so lovely and spacious. The location is perfect for exploring different parts of Cornwall. Sue was a fantastic host and explained everything before we arrived, we were even greeted by a bottle of Prosecco which was a lovely surprise! We all loved it and would definitely stay again! :)

Lovely few days in half term with the kids. Unable to use the hot tub as weather was relentless and was windy and wet. Driveway is a bit ropey so careful if your car is low to the ground! Hosts were really helpful and even had a visit from one of the cats!

This was our first time in Cornwall and it didn’t disappoint! What an amazing find - the house was comfy, cosy, clean and a great location. The games and pool facilities were brilliant and the surrounding gardens and local beach, stunning!

Karen’s and Steve’s place is in a beautiful location. Lots of beautiful scenery and animals walking around in the huge garden The animals are very friendly and extremely quiet. The property is a beautiful cottage with lovely views. Secure rear garden for our little dog to walk around talking to the chickens and ducks and geese etc. Steve and Karen were extremely helpful and made you feel very welcome. Made for a relaxing weekend stay which is exactly what we wanted.

Beautiful converted stable, warm, cosy & extremely clean. Every eventuality catered for & a lovely welcome pack with milk, cookies & crisps. Perfect if you are looking for peaceful surroundings with lovely scenery and walks. Short car journey into the nearest town. Nicola was super friendly & helpful. She greeted us when we arrived and popped by to say goodbye. Perfect host !

Beautiful home from home accommodation. Very relaxing very clean, some lovely little extra touches, bottle of Fizz, tea, biscuits etc . Particularly loved the outside space. Claire and Connor very responsive, good clear instructions for check in and check out. Would definitely recommend a visit if you need somewhere to chill out.

This is a great property with a stunning view of Perranporth beach from the sea facing rooms. The decking was not available as it was being repaired but Richard had notified us of this in advance. Directions & arrival instructions were very clear. There were 'Welcome' packs: one with tea bags, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar & milk sachets, & biscuits, and one with washing up cloth, small washing up liquid bottle, dish washer tabs & bin bag. This was a nice touch. The rooms were spotless & the property easily accommodated our party of 4 adults, & the fold out settee bed was used for a night when our grandson slept over from camping. The bedrooms are all a decent size & the beds were really comfortable, with clean white bedding & towels provided. On road parking was available but it is on a narrow lane so quite tight but manageable for our Mondeo. There is an off road property parking place but it was not available during our stay due to the building works. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great central location for exploring the area, very peaceful and friendly village, would definitely recommend for dog walking
