Beach house vacation rentals in Falmouth

James was very responsive to several problems we had with the property. He immediately asked if we wanted him to come out to fix the issue. All in all, it is a wonderful place, perfect for a family reunion! The downstairs space is perfect for kids to watch TV and play games. We expect to rent this property again! Thank you

Joshua's place was the PERFECT place for our dad's 70th birthday! The 9 kids had an amazing time between the pool and game barn there was constant entertainment for all ages! If you have a big family/group this is the spot!

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

Great house, plenty of areas for everyone to have their own space. college boys loved the games in he house when it was chilly, and also enjoyed outdoors, while parents had plenty of space and peace and quiet when needed. Dinner and watching sports on TV together was also easy, as space is really great. Lucia is as solid of a communicator as any host we've had, she was terrific and helpful. Of course, the Cape and Chatham is a terrific area to visit. Would definitely rent this house again and anything Lucia has.

This home was great for our family. The pool and backyard are beautiful, and the house was clean and welcoming. There are a lot of activities in the area. I would stay here again!

We have been going to this area for decades and decided to rent vs other options this year. Place very comfortable, easy access (bad leg) with deck ramp key. Water pressure fab as family actually commented. Would look to do again! Excellent…

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

it is a nice comfy house esp for a family. Swimming pool and game room down in the basement would be alot of fun for kids to keep them busy at day time and night time. Beach, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc are all right there esp. only like less than 5 to 15 minutes drive and also less than 25 minutes drive to go to north Falmouth or Wood Hole. They have a nice downtown with many stores, restaurants, bowling ally, etc which that is only less than 15 minutes drive from the house Also taking a walk from the house to the beach is so beautiful esp morning time. i walked every morning, and love every bit of the walk. It rained once during our vacation week and rest were sunny days for the rest of the week. We were lucky to have the good weather. Anyway, the house is approximately about less than a mile and half from the beach. Driving to Chetham is about little a hour drive from the house. To Provincetown, about 1 hour and 45 minutes drive.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage in Cape Cod! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach. The cottage is well-equipped with everything you need.. It’s clean, charming, and feels like a true getaway spot. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Wish we could have stayed longer! A fun, cute little hidden spot with lots to do around! Maureen was an awesome and sweet host! We hope to be back in future!!!

This home was everything it was advertised and more! Very comfortably hosted all 6 of us. Very, very clean and decorated in a very cute beach theme. The kitchen was perfectly laid out if you love to cook, as I do. She had so many spices in the pantry and many other things that one might need to prepare meals. The little beach on site was so peaceful, and we put the paddle boards to good use for a nice view of entire lake. The location was also great in relation to the event we attended. There were stores, and restaurants within 5 minutes to the property. So if you are looking for a perfect home on the cape and you don’t mind a 10/15 minute drive to the shore, this home is perfect! Lisa's place is so lovely. It is so peaceful and has a great view. Check in was super easy and everything was as expected. Lisa is a great communicator and we were easily able to get questions answered. When we had an issue (not related to our stay) Lisa was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

The perfect house for a family vacation! From outside, the yard was well manicured, the fire pit and Adirondack chairs were great and the grill and outdoor table were perfect for a night of grilling out. On the inside, the house was beautifully decorated. Comfortable sectional couch, kitchen had everything we needed, both bathrooms were very clean and all beds were very comfortable! The house had everything we needed to to have a comfortable stay!! Oh yea…the beach wagon with chairs and umbrella was very convenient. Quick walk to end of the street and we were at the beach!! 100% recommend!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this lovely home on Cape Cod. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to cook breakfast and appetizers and feel right at home. One of the highlights was the beautiful view—perfect for relaxing mornings or evenings. The location is also great, just a short distance from the Cape Cod Canal, which was perfect for walking and biking. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway on the Cape!

Stayed here 2 years in a row now for a girls trip and both times have been absolutely amazing. 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. Plenty of space in the backyard for 9 people to sit. Also very cozy living room to all gather and play games/watch movies. Host was extremely responsive in her communication as well. 10/10 would recommend. We already can’t wait to come back next year!

The house was perfect! We had part of wedding party stay here and it was perfect - short walking distance to downtown but private road. The house was gorgeous with big back yard and adorable porch area. Highly recommend!

A great house with plenty of room for everyone. The house was great and had everything we needed along with some thoughtful things a family may not want to travel with like baby items. The 2 living room areas were great to keep both adults and kids content. The hot tub was a great added bonus. A short drive to downtown area but nice and quiet neighborhood.

The home was great. Close to everything. Wonderful restaurants and shopping. The home has a lovely deck and outdoor shower, which was great. Also 2 rooms have king size beds. Nice touch.
