Close to everything Falmouth has to offer. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Linens +towels are provided. We are 3 miles from a public beach, close to resturants, downtown Falmouth and Smitty's ice cream. Bring your kayak or paddle board, we are close to water access on Great Pond.I have beach towels and chairs available.

Our closest beach is 2.5 miles and we are 4 miles from the center of town. Equipped with gas heat and Central A/C. We also have a gas fired fireplace to keep you cozy. Outside shower for days at the beach.We have one single kayak, two double Kayaks, a rowboat and a canoe for a scenic view of Great Bay. Quiet spot.
