GREAT LOCATION! Walk 5 blocks from the house to Surf Drive Beach and one block to the village with all of its wonderful restaurants and shops . A few things to note. The third bathroom you have to walk through the garage and during the colder months it is unavailable because the water is shut off). We allow young children, however, the house is unsuitable for them. There is a 3 day minimum stay September-June and a 7 day Saturday to Saturday minimum stay July and August.
