Monthly Rentals in Falmer

I’ve just come back from a 6 day stay. The decider for me was the dog sitting service! I needed a place that was near to Brighton, Worthing and Shoreham for various family events but having my dog in tow meant I couldn’t take him to all dos but Wes and his family took care of him and I can’t thank them enough! They made my stay stress free and although I didn’t stay in the annex for long, it was a quiet haven I needed to escape to after some busy, long days. The annex itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enough for me and the pooch. First few days I was on my own and felt safe. My 15 year old niece then joined me and Sarah made up the sofa bed for her. I’d say the annex is just big enough for the 2 of us, it would’ve been a bit of a squeeze for a third person. I loved the bathroom, big and spacious with a great shower! Now I have found this little gem I will definitely stay again! Thank you Wes and family x

We had a wonderful time staying at Karen and Charlie’s Studio flat. It’s very comfortable, cosy, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Really pleased it had parking too. We were also very appreciative of the milk and eggs waiting for us when we arrived. The studio is in a very quiet and peaceful location yet only a short walk to local amenities. Communication with our hosts was great, very helpful and responsive. Thank you for a fabulous weekend. We would highly recommend and would love to visit again.

Liz & Simon were great hosts, they gave lots of local recommendations but just left us to it as well. The annexe was clean, tidy and perfect for a short break. it was super easy to get the bus into Brighton centre or drive if you don't mind paying for parking. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was the perfect Easter getaway for our small family. Our one year old really enjoyed playing in the garden and watching the birds from the window. The house itself is so clean and beautifully decorated, we had everything we needed. It was cold enough in the evenings to use the log burner, which was just peak cosiness to enjoy in the evenings with a glass of wine. A wonderful stay!
