Lynsey went the extra mile. Her home is in a stunning place that feels so spacious despite being very well connected. The style of the house is VERY tasteful And have everything you need. Over all I felt the experience was much better than I expected even though I knew it would be lovely and convenient. Of all the places I visited within a 30min radius this is were I could see myself living. In fact I felt so happy and at home there I could see myself staying for good 😂

I have no word that truly captures this place. It is centrally located for folks who want to explore the highlands, lowlands and anywhere in between. The home was SO cozy and Maggie welcomed us like family, sharing her local knowledge of the best places to visit, great scenic routes to get there, and absolutely THE best restaurants around. The home had comfy bedding, a cozy living room complete with wood burning stove for those chilly nights, and a oversized tub to soak away the day. Maggie even had milk and orange juice in the refrigerator waiting for our coffee and tea. The scenery is second to none, surrounded by picturesque hills and a view of the Loch. I could stay here forever.

We loved our stay at Scott’s place. Unlike anywhere we’ve been before with the RGB lights and black interior. It was very spacious and practical. Partner loved the walk in wardrobe! The bed and pillows were certainly comfortable, probably the most comfortable Airbnb I’ve stayed in. And the hot tub was bliss, very hot and jets were very powerful. Overall had everything you needed for a couple days stay and id definitely recommend!

What stunning views and such a tranquil location. Loved our stay and hosts were so accommodating when we were a little late and they opened up for our grocery delivery driver! We are a family of four with a dog and loved using the enclosed garden, bbq and fire pit. Beds are comfortable and showers are super. Even the sofa bed is great! Would stay again. A group of 8 family and friends stayed here for a couple of nights for a concert at Murray Field,excellent location for both concert and socialising,shops close too,Audrey was so helpful with checking in and any questions we had,would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay. Caravan had everything we needed for our stay including condiments, iron, towels etc. Beautifully decorated and in a peaceful area. We will definitely be booking again!

The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature, making it ideal for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway. The cabin is well-equipped, providing everything you need, from kitchen utensils to toiletries. Everything matches the pictures and descriptions perfectly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it to others.

Murray's place was warm comfortable and a delight to stay in. It was well appointed and beautifuly clean. To be strongly recommended.

We used the house as a base for our motorcycle touring holiday and it was fantastic. We had everything we needed and absolutely no issues or concerns throughout our stay. Definitely worth the money and the location and parking couldn't have been better.

The caravan was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We had a wonderful stay at Sam's caravan. The location was excellent with beautiful views across sea. The caravan park has a lovely heated swimming pool and play area which our little boy loved and lots of entertainment/activities to get involved with. There is also a shop, ice cream parlour and burger shack on site. The caravan was spotless and very comfortable. It came well equipped and the shortbread and wine on arrival was a lovely touch. During our stay we unfortunately lost the key to the caravan and Sam and his cleaner Paula were incredibly helpful in coming to our rescue! We would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would not hesitate in booking again. Thanks for a fab week!

My wife and I were initially attracted by the view over the Firth of Clyde. The apartment was very comfortable and cosy and not lacking in space. In spite of being on the main road, it is set back and the bedroom is to the rear, so very peaceful with a view over the back garden. The kitchen was fully equipped and stocked with more than a few basics to get you started. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Patricia is a great host.

We stayed at Maggies for a long weekend as my husband was running the Edinburgh Marathon. We have family in Perth who were coming down to join us so it was the perfect location in between Perth and Edinburgh! Maggie met us on arrival and was so lovely. The house is amazing and the location peaceful and perfect for our two families to get together. The kids enjoyed the swing and slide and the lovely garden to run about! The the views are amazing!! Maggie has thought of everything it was like home from home! Would love to return in the future!

This a great location for those who don’t want to be located in the chaos of the city, but still visit local attractions. It was a welcome respite after a long day to touring- by car you can easily reach Edinburgh or Glasgow on a day trip, visit Stirling Castle, or skip over minutes away to the Falkirk Wheel or the Kelpies. Close to main roads yet a peaceful place to rest out of the city. Hosts are very responsive and have great directions to find the place. We had a great stay!

Stayed here for our annual friends trip. We are both history nuts so went to Linlithgow Palace, Edinburgh Castle and town, Palace of Holyrood and Roslin Chapel which were all less than an hours drive from the airb&b. Will & Henrietta’s place is beautiful, set on the estate with the old brickwork. It’s a lovely mix of modern with vintage charm inside. The conservatory was my favourite place especially for my morning coffee and was a great retreat once we got back from a busy day out. Everything was clean and tidy with instructions where necessary. Unfortunately, didn’t get to meet our hosts but they were on hand for anything we needed. We arrived very late at night as drove from North London so found it a little difficult to find, however this was mainly down to it being dark. Have suggested for instructions to be provided in case of anyone else coming late at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it felt very homely and was the peaceful escape we both needed.

We had a relaxing and restful couple of days at John and Dora's...just what was needed after a hectic month of travel. John was most welcoming and helpful and the biscuits were delicious. The accommodation was very comfortable and we loved sitting in the lounge with the warm sun shining in on us. We ate at the local pub and had a ferry ride to Gourock...most enjoyable. We had some trouble finding Oakdene but that was NOT due to the excellent instructions, but because of roadworks. A very helpful local pointed us in the right direction. If you want to experience a piece of paradise this is the place for you.

This is an outstanding location. If you stock up on supplies, you could stay at the cottage and garden for days and never tire of taking in the views of the loch and the surrounding mountains. That said there are great hikes and walks nearby; For the adventurous, I’d recommend Beinn Bheula via Sruth Ban falls. The eastern side of the loch where the cottage is located feels particularly remote and peaceful. So much so, we’ve booked a return trip in the winter, when we look forward to getting the log burner on and taking in the beautiful panoramic views from within the living area.
